yes, I have the backup camera connected. I would suggest checking the wiring of your backup camera, if your radio is stuck on the backup camera. Also you can disconnect your backup camera and see what happens when you reboot (reset) your radio.
there are allot of dash kits on Amazon some better than others. I’ve found the more expensive dash kits are better in quality. In this video I used the Scoche kit. @@michellaoyama8263 The “Elite” model has wireless CarPlay it’s a nice touch to have but still expensive. This model has the wired not wireless CarPlay.

When I turn mine on, it’s stuck in the backup camera. I reset too. Do you have to have a backup camera?
