    Have tried all sorts of fad diets nothing worked.
    But now it's been 5 months following your tips and have got great results. Still can't believe that weight loss could be fun as well and not a torture.....just patience and consistency is required.😄

      Just a suggestion, if one would hold the camera horizontally, it would cover the entire background, you could move freely and the cameraman would not have to move to set you on screen.
      The information is conveyed and absorbed beautifully, nevertheless.

      Yeah same even for me both worked fine, but when it comes to happy living and long run habits I choose rujuta ma'am diet. I feel good, happy without being worried about high and low calories food. And also deeply connected to my culture foods.
      PS : I can see glow on my face becoz I'm eating without guilt😋.

      IF has caused me lot of issues, maybe I have done it wrong but will never do IF again.
      Rujuta mam diet works best for me.
      It doesn't feel like u r on a diet....it's just effortless so love it😁

    1. Body weight should be sustainable
    2. LBW+FW = BW.
    3. With age LBW goes down and FW goes up...
    4. We should have reverse
    5. LBW helps in increase digestion, improved blood suger level, gut health, cholesterol
    6. Measure waist and Hip(broadest part)
    7. Women waits (
