Khyo San, you most likely know this but gonna say it anyway. Under Japan Labor laws, a part timer can't work more than 6 hours a day (or 10 hours including over Time). So yeah, Niji not only proves they're a black Company, but they're BREAKING their own LAWS by SELF REPORTING. AGAIN
The only real way to get justice is if everyone in EN that isn't named Vox, Uki, Luca, or all of Zaion's ex-Genmates (which, besides Hex and Konota, I couldn't arse myself to learn their names) would just quit NIJI and form their own agency for talents who have been screwed over, blackmailed, or both by their companies.

I'll take it a step further, this is the internet, giving random anonymous swarms of people a blank canvas almost never goes well. People will be jackass's, the Selen drama is a great excuse to be a jackass.
To be fair, the number of trolls seems to have been on the low side, from what was reported. Unpleasant business for sure, but for something on the internet I'd say it went smooth enough.

Hyte has been trying to find Doki ever since they found out she was terminated, only that their search was greatly dampened thanks to Niji's throwing their NDA bullsh*t onto them even though they had a collaboration contract - and it was out of that disrespect that ultimately made them press the termination button against Niji, even firing advertisements of Calli's Hyte merch as if in retaliating response just a week or two after the contract termination.

@krlosxiii4404 even IGNORING the selen comments this whole stream idea should've been shut down by management if it wasn't going to be like members only. Letting anyone join in and do anything without real moderation is going to inevitably end up having a couple people doing things out of line. Even someone drawing a penis because "haha me funny" could lead to complications with TH-cam and things of that nature to the point it isn't worth risking.
It's also why streamers rarely ever let viewers submit anything for say live background music anymore because it just takes one person to submit a video of someone repeating the n word to get the whole stream demonitized and taken down.

Enna had every opportunity to try to contain the stream as much as possible; she could have posted the link on a discord, made it a members only stream, investigated the program to see what her moderator opportunities were before allowing people to just start writing stuff. But she couldn't be bothered and nor could Anycolor, who just was like SHURE GO AHEAD AND DO THAT STREAM, SOUNDS LIKE A BLAST, lol. This is streaming 101-type stuff, too....
And I do think she kinda deserves it; she's cultivated that kind of crowd. She makes those kind of jokes. They'll appear in her chat. Cultivate a non-toxic community then you are much less likely to have trolls.

It doesn't matter if you or Doki tell people not to do anything to the nijisanji's livers. People are gonna do it anyway, it is the Internet and it is very hard to control anyone on it
Even so, the more they do it, the more we’re going to say it. Just because we see no sooner change in their acts in the future doesn’t mean we give up. Everyone needs to be aware that those actions are inexcusable.
Especially the temptation. As someone who would want to get Justice. I blame yet don't blame these people. The reason why she said to not harass livers as we are worth more than that. And not showing up at all on stream helps more often than not. You wanna hurt the livers? Affect their views, the engagements and money. By not coming to their stream at all. Yes even leaving a dislike actually helps them.
A lot of people are only doing it to them because they're acceptable targets within certain circles. I knew a guy, that literally went from being anti-VTuber in general at the point he even called Dokibird a "menhera" for the attempt, but now at least he's pretending to be a fan so he can be awful to people on the internet while feeling like a hero for it.

Also, I'm ashamed of the people that go into the liver's streams just to troll or fling hate. Not only are they harassing someone who is likely ALSO getting abused behind the scenes by that company, but they're also increasing the interactions and activities OF the streams, therefore boosting it up. Does no one remember the classic "any attention is good attention"? By trolling, you're still giving views and interactions to those streams, and thus giving money to the company. Just don't go to the streams. The lower viewer counts will hurt FAR more than any filth you can sling in their chats.

Even if the selen stuff never happened she should've still never done this stream. She constantly cultivates an environment of "dark" or "edgy" humor so giving her fanbase unrestricted access of your stream would eventually have a couple people out of the 1000+ viewers do something inappropriate.

I just checked the job vacancy on Anycolor's website, and the working hours are from 10 AM to 9 PM, with at least 5 hours/day, 20 hours/week with an hourly rate of 1113 JPY. I'm guessing that's the minimum hourly wage set by the Tokyo government or smth, as the Lawson JP's site for part-time jobs also listed 1113 JPY as the lowest for their Tokyo branches. Some Tokyo Lawson branches pay up to 1200. In other prefectures, such as Tottori, Oita, and Fukuoka, the hourly rates hover around 900 JPY. Still, $7.26 per hour is brutal in this economy...
Situations like this always make me laugh you(niji) cause a VERY PUBLIC event it hasn’t even been what two months? Since Dokibird? Why would people “move”? Time heals wounds but not pain. People still don’t like vshojo for silver and nux drama that happened but they don’t bring it up because enough time has passed that people moved one.

Fulfilment of justice have never been about invidivual, but about reassurance of right. Bullying and exluding people in communities is done until communities ideals happen or at least until community forgets about the injury.
Never met a community what doesn't enforce rules by psychological violence. I don't understand why people say "This is mean" or "You should not do that". Either Nijisanji, as a group, are pariahs and are to be treated such until redemption, or we pardon them from the injure they performed and they can continue business as usual.

Just look at the comments and how divided everyone is, I was hoping for change but there is no way that is going to happen. What was horrible about Selen's situation is the work environment and how staff/livers are treated. Does anyone honestly think any of that has changed? Doki gave up shes out she does not care anymore, same with Sayu and Pomu, but the problem still persists. Nijisanji wants people to forget, they just want to get past this so they can go back to their usual program. The ONLY way to stop that is to relentless bring it up so livers can not go back to the usual and new viewers can know whats actually going on. Death threats are not helpful though and are never okay, and trolling just annoys and angers everyone involved it does not help anything.

Actually, Hyte had been trying to hook Doki up, even before she left Niji. They were just steps too late back then (she was terminated before they got to her), and it took them this long to reach her because of Niji giving them the NDA treatment (Niji didn't just not inform them of her termination, they also closed off their contact to reach her), and it was because of that disrespect Hyte ultimately terminated their contract even if it means that they had to refund their merch costs to the buyers, burning down 3 other Niji talent merchs, and possibly gaining hate from them.
