There are people out there that can get paid big bucks to be corpo shills and not think, thus resulting in becoming out of touch. It happens. Or she could be a nijisister who personally loves to be toxic and hostile towards those she dislikes. Personally even if niji wasn't a bad company, I don't think I'd watch her. Something about the tone in Tricky's voice feels..I don't know...feels unsettling, like something in the back of my head is screaming alarm bells at me but I can't quite place why with anything concrete and with proof. I'm no doctor or psychological analyzer so speculating wouldn't be healthy. Either way it could be just all innocent too but just extremely out of touch. So it's no wonder Scarle saw such a jump after Elira's sub count got nuked and rumors swirled about Enna with the weird stuff she was saying and the others.
I’m assuming that Twisty’s going for a “kusogaki” vibe, but she doesn’t pull it off very well... Like, there’s other vtubers that have a “kusogaki” image (e.g. shion, laplus, kobo), but they usually make it humorous and they know when to draw the line. This clip just made me feel like I was watching a spoiled child throwing a tantrum at Walmart.
I think there’s a level of self-awareness and ability to read the room needed for this kind of act, and she doesn’t have it yet. The “kusogaki” needs to act in a way that allows the other person to participate and build a certain dynamic, and they need to pick someone who can deal with that kind of act. For example, when kobo acts like a kusogaki, she pairs well with Calli and creates a funny parent-child dynamic, but that wouldn’t work well with a more awkward/introverted type like Aqua. Twisty kind of shut everything down with how much she was whining and ignored obvious cues, like Aster trying to backtrack when Twisty was calling chat ‘mentally ill’.

I'm sorry from the context clip I got a very bad impression of Twisty. Like I know it might be just a bit to be bratty but she really didn't play it up as a joke enough and it felt like Aster was also at a lost on how to deal with her and it felt very awkward. And she goes on to make that kind of joke/statement without giving previous context together with the joke, what is she thinking? why does she think poking fun in that way at is funny it's so unprofessional.
