Dude Peyton’s delivery and timing is priceless. Truly a funny guy.
One of the funniest SNL skits that I've ever seen
please read my comment
Yup. You can’t coach that, he’s just got it
Peyton Manning has dry humor which I love to death! H😮e really relates to so many people. And, not to mention he throws the ball pretty good, too!.. 😂
Love this guy!!!!❤
Funny how?
Best line: “Spend time with your kids, so Peyton Manning doesn’t”. Hilarious!!
Still one of the funniest things I've seen with Peyton.
Forever my favorite QB. I'm gonna miss him...
Travis Linton Brady is better
Mick Funny when Brady takes a second team to a championship get back to us
Mick Funny Brady is not better
Best SNL video ever
dspsblyuth Tom Brady has taken 8 different looking teams to 8 different superbowls with 5 wins along the way in 2 different decades. All while carrying his defense to a superbowl, with an Mvp caliber season. Not the other way around.
You know it's funny when you've watched it several times and you still laugh out loud when watching it again!
The punchline gets me every time.
“ Now I’ll kill a snitch not saying I have not saying I haven’t “😂😂
While he’s drinking beer 🍺 lol
You know what I mean, whatever, kids don’t know shit 🤣
I died first time i watched this🤣🤣🤣 still do
🤣🤣🤣
New Orleans shit
"Close the door!" is still the funniest part 😂
Manning has never seemed offensive before, this is hysterical!
No pun intended? LOL!
Have you every seen the espys
Yeah, except that one time he shoved his crotch in a trainers face. But other than that I agree with you.
There's a female trainer in Tennessee that might disagree with this statement.
Who's John Galt and there’s no one who believes her
Peyton just has that knack for comedy. Great sense of humor.
@@markdavis7397 Well yeah. A dead guy couldn't play that role at all.
Getting Peyton to agree to do this sketch is up there with Chappelle convincing Wayne Brady to do that sketch. So damn good.
Aww sh*t it’s Wayne Brady, son!
@@MimiYuYu I can't lol
Give me ya damn sandwich dave
"Is Wayne Brady gonna have to choke a bitch?"
What’s even more funnier that Peyton felt kinda bad throwing that ball at the kids, even though it was a nerf football, and all the while some of the parents were encouraging him to throw it even harder at their kid😂
No Sally, mommy's dead. Don't bother the pretty lady...Hey I'm Peyton 🤣
I also watched that part
I also watched that part of the video
@@detectoplasm I might have skipped over that part, timestamp?
1:38. It's easy to miss.
Not Bill Gates no laugh
Peyton, never takes himself too seriously. He's a hoot.
"A hoot?" ROFLMAO. He's a real card that guy.
you look like a total borefest in bed.
By far the funniest thing Peyton has ever done. Watching him drill grade schoolers with a football is priceless.
Peyton's comedic timing is surprisingly solid
"Why is the door open? Close the door!"
😂😂
This guy should be regular cast.
But he rather do the nationwide commercials lol
TheMonkeyMedicine Ya only if he wasn't busy being the quarterback of the broncos when this was made..
Agreed! So funny!
Ryan he was with the colts when this was filmed
Ryan he was on Colts in 2007.
I'm getting old it's been 16 years since this came out and I still come back to watch it and laugh
16 YEARS??? Damn we're losing recipes
@@ggMwanikiHell at this age I'm losing my mind as well 😂
"Browwn, 55 Razor! ..open, get open." .. _(THUD)_
..😂 the dead serious look on his face cracks me up always.
I'm sorry, but the THUD of the footballs crack me up every time 😂
Why is the door open, CLOSE THE DOOR!
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
55 Razor is a post route. Sweater boy was run blocking because he didn’t study his playbook. He’s lucky he only got 20 mins.
"I told you I forget em" Peyton is a national treasure & we must protect him at all costs
“COPS! Everyman for themselves!”
I told u i forgot them
that's the line that always makes me laugh the hardest
Still one of the funniest snl clips ever. I think Peyton's SNL appearance really helped escalate him as an all around celebrity personality.
Lol. Naturally one of the funniest sports guys out there. Never seems to take himself too seriously when on the set or in a commercial. Good dude. Congrats!
Years of shattering NFL records, 4 Super Bowl appearances, endless great commercials and now the entertaining Manningcast yet this remains its own level of gold. Perfectly done.
If this had Peyton Manning in the title, it would have 10 million views by now.
2 years later, and it's still only at 2 million.
@Peter Evans he's a very famous NFL player, which is the national sport of America, where this TV show Saturday Night Live is aired. I'm from UK but I follow NFL so I know who he is
@Peter Evans True, there are more meaningful things you can do with your life. He isn't a personal hero of mine, but he is well known in America and I do believe this video would have more views if his name was mentioned in the title, not that it particularly matters.
@Peter Evans lmao you were so aggressive and rude and the other guy fucking dismantled you with politeness. By the way Peyton Manning just raised 20M dollars for charity just this week. What have you done that's so much more important?
@Peter Evans talk to me when you raise 20M for charity. He doesn't decide the ticket prices and he doesn't force anyone to pay to watch him
0:31 is one of the greatest moments in SNL history
I love how the kids are trying not to laugh when he gets in their face
Still, many years later, this remains one of the funniest things I have ever seen on TV. It never gets old.
SO funny. Love the way he skewers his goody-2- shoes image. He & Eli have the most amazing comedic talents! Thanks for posting!
I've watched this a thousand times since it first aired. Still hilarious. His delivery is spot-on.
One of my all-time favorite SNL skits. Makes me laugh even to this day. XD
1:42 😂😂 he wasn't trying to dry snitch on himself, legend even out in da streets
@0:52 when he pegs him in the back of the head! 😂
0:48 when your little sibbling opens your door to your room and just stands there
1:14 cops every man for himself🤣🤣🤣👏
No one:
My receivers in madden when I throw before the turn: 0:30
Lewis 513 fax
Facts bro ong
FACTS
Uncleruss 22 😂😂
they dont even catch it when they turen
"Cops,Cops!!!" and they all scatter, had me dying!!!!
"Every man for themselves" 😂
He really didn't want to do this skit. He was afraid he might hurt the kids. He's a great guy.
The kids and the parents wanted more than him, it's pretty funny.
I'm sure the parents didn't care, like in the scene from Bruno. They were using Nerf like footballs
The funny thing was (I went to Indiana State and one of our AT’s were on the colts staff when this happened) the parents weren’t just super stoked about this, they were screaming to Peyton, “Hey Peyton, hit my kid!” Which made him soooo awkward.
@@malcolmwolfe8879 wow, must have been pretty embarrassing for the kids not just Peyton
@@malcolmwolfe8879 WOW!
"Do you want to lose?". Best motivation speech ever.
This is what it must have been like for Eli and Cooper growing up....
Cooper was actually going to be a huge star too but his medical problems kept him from going any further than he did in football. Could have been a top 5 all time WR
@@Randy35W LOL keep dreaming
elisha shedrach no by all reports cooper was the most talented manning
@@ape7119 im not sure abt most talented, but he is the most athleticaly gifted which is perhaps why he chose to be a receiver instead of qb
Ozamataz Buckshank that’s what I meant yeah
But unfortunately we’ll never truly knpw
This is still hilarious. Every time
EASILY one of the funniest SNL sketches of this era.....or ANY era. So well done!
This beloved quarterback has a great sense of timing for comedy. He had set up several charitable organisations in Indianapolis before he left. He's a legend here!
Still watching this skit today. Classic
This is one of the funniest skits
I love when he mutters “open. Get open”. Delivered perfectly
Peyton Manning's recent cameo in the Willem Dafoe/Katy Perry episode led me back here. I'm glad that it did. This had me dying from laughter again! 🤓➡️🤣
Same here
When was that?
Y'all wanna come live in my mansion?
KIDS: YAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!
I'm just f*cking with you
😂🤣
"Gets your head out of your ass!!" That just lives rent free in my head.
"Pink watch the blitz!.......Get open! Get open!"
One of the greatest SNL sketches of all time…. 100% a fact
Never get tired of this. He shows a natural talent for comedy.
congratulations, Peyton Manning.
Yeah. The legend
+Joey Infozino go giants
Aaron Broyles I
Underrated: “Watch the SAM, watch the SAM!”
My god Peyton is hysterical. His comedic timing and delivery is excellent.
When he was telling the kid to shut the door I was waiting for the football to smack the side of the portilet lol
That woulda been gold hahaha. Just smack the door and it hits the kid in the face and you hear him say like "owwww" hahah
Haha... oh man, missed opportunity. The camera angle was perfect for the ball to come sailing out of nowhere too, ha. That would have been hilarious.
I’ve used the quote “okay, I’m sorry. Do you wanna lose?” so many times lmao
You know where it's going when he gets all intense with the audibles
"Pink - PINK!! WATCH THE BLITZ........BROWN 55 RAZOR!!" - - XD!
Peyton and Charles Barkley are about the two funniest athletes that ever lived.
Shaq isn't far behind, also Bob Uecker.
@@joemckim1183 I thought of Uecker too, if you can call him an athlete.
@@ThunderPants13 Uecker himself wouldn't call Uecker an athlete, but he's definitely hilarious. I think he was born to have a less than stellar baseball playing career so he could just use it as a punchline for his jokes.
Anyone here after it was announced he will be inducted into the Hall Of Fame this year?
Yep! Living in Indy for the past 20 years, it was a pleasure so watch Peyton play.
He's going in this summer along with the rest of the class of 2021 and also 2020 class.
This never gets old 😂
There needs to be a "Where Are They Now" follow-up to see what those kids are up to now.
One of my favorite SNL skits of all time. Not only a great QB but hell of a sense of humor too
Every time I watch this I think of Bad Santa with with Billy Bob Thornton 😅🤣🤣🤣
Happy Monday - we're back!
0:53 is my personal favorite bit. The way that kid couldn’t possibly have caught it kills me every time.
I'd like to see a follow up skit with the kids as adults now, and in group therapy after Peyton spent time with them.
One of those kids (now an adult) recently got married, and Peyton sent him a video congratulations saying "Congratulations on your marriage. Thank you for letting me hit you in the face with a football". Lol
@@Jenufir I know, that's what helped inspire the thought of a follow up skit.
@@lopaka76 It would be great, I hope they'll consider doing it.
Be Tom Brady and his real kids
Great idea 😅
Thank you! This was freaking hilarious LOL
This is when I knew Peyton had a serious career after football. He is a natural actor
No Sally, mommy's dead. Don't bother the pretty lady...Hey I'm Peyton 🤣
@@camilafernanda3963 the "I'll kill a snitch" is what kills me
HTXREP not saying I have, not saying I haven’t.. whatever, kids don’t know sh*t.
I'll keep a snitch
He is a game show host on NBC.
Peyton's sense of humor is next level.
I was trying to imagine Russell Wilson doing this skit . . . . . and my imagination rebelled.
Congrats on those kids, surviving getting hit by football by Peyton Manning 🤷🏻♂️😂
Who is here from his interview on instagram ???
Purdue Boilermakers mee
lol house of highlights
Me 😂😂
Me😂😂😂
Def hopped over from house of high lights lmao
This is why Peyton Manning is one of my favorite quarterbacks lol
He is just the nicest dude thats why this is so funny lol
you should listen to the Pat MacAfee show, he wasn't that different his receivers.
Still by far the best sports related SNL sketch ever! Classic! 💯😂😂😂
he hit that kid in the back... i`m still crying and i have seen it many times.. too funny!!
"Open, Get Open" 🤣🤣
Probably the best SNL skit of all time
'BLOCK, BLOCK!" I would have loved to see the sack haha
This skit and Wayne Brady on David Chappelle show are the funniest about good guys gone wrong.
That Wayne Brady one had me in convulsions.
@@Nhamp2000 he showed range in that skit.
"Get your head out of your
Ass." Funniest 😮
Kid he hit in the head is 26 now and married and manning sent him a video for his wedding
Here cause Of house of highlights 🤣
Legit same
Wanna cookie
Juniour Diaz wouldn’t mind one rn🤷🏽♂️
Yikes yall must be 12 years old having not seen this until hoh smfh
I love this skit. It has never failed to make me laugh
I am indifferent to football...but seeing this made me love Payton Manning.
I lost it when he threw that first ball "...open, open kid"
This is truly one of the funniest skits. Peyton doesn’t realize just how funny he really is.
"Ok, I'm sorry, do you want to lose? I throw you catch, it's not that hard, ok. Alright, get the f••k outa here" 😂
0:57 every receiver that has ever played with Peyton Manning.
Best part is the parents saying throw it at my kid behind the scenes.
😂
yeah... "i want you to hit my kid in the head" i wish could could see the behind the scenes of this one.
Peyton is the best NFL actor ever 🤣 This is still one of my favorite all time sketches
Peyton and Eli were 2 of the funniest SNL hosts ever.
Eli sucked
One of my all time favorite skits, I love that Seth Meyers wrote it.
I now have a whole new level of respect for Manning due to that sense of humor. You’re alright in my book Mr. Manning, you’re alright.
"I throw you catch it's not that hard, ok? Alright now get the fuck outta here." 😂😂😂😂😂
Oh my I have to say that's some good comedic acting right there 🤣
1:03 oh no
Does this mean Peyton Manning gets to host SNL again? Please let it be so!
+Will DeBoer Ah...something tells me that's not going to happen now.
Will DeBoer probably
This is one of my FAVORITE SNL shorts.
