Excellent resource for sig owners! you are a blessing my friend. Thanks for all you do. Many hours trying to solve this rubrics cube called the FCU! This video is a complete tutorial.
Thanks for the really long video. This was my first time working on a Sig and now I know some tricks to keep from causing myself more grief. These are a puzzle in the H&K league.
I have installed the mcarbo trigger in both my 365’s, but in both guns it causes the safety bar to stick up just a little bit and due to that I can’t slide my slide onto the lower. Mcarbo said to install the slide with out the back plate then lock it back and install the backplate, that seems like to much work just to get this trigger installed. None of the videos I have watched does anyone have my issue. Wandering if my trigger is just a bit off?
Great video. I don’t care it’s long because you cover everything, even if someone is too screw up. Keep up the great work. What is your favorite trigger?
Glad you mentioned that the trigger pivot pin needs to sit flush on the insertion side. Mine doesn’t on my mcarbo trigger. The smaller hole that the nipple on the pivot pin seats in is drilled too low and doesn’t allow it to properly seat.
Just realized non-CA P365s do not have this nipple on the trigger pivot pin, it’s flat and identical on both sides. Hole on the mcarbo trigger is probably fine it’s just my CA compliant pistol that’s dumb.
If I hadn’t bought a early 365xl ,building one would be so cool. Might be doing another one or possibly a bad to the bone3” 365 ,in 380.So much good stuff but the stock pistol is great as is. Thx.
After about 30+ minutes of filing the trigger pin I got mine installed last night with the tactical development trigger. It’s like they didn’t bore the secondary hole that you shove the pin into large enough.
I have a p365x I love this gun, after watching videos of this FCU of this firearm how safe is this and how safe is the safety plunger and striker lug on the sear and how does the plunger catch the striker
My trigger pivet pin won't fit flush in Mcarbo. Had to put back my original trigger. My pin has a small nipple on one end, and yours does not. I could shave off the nipple it might work? California p320 by the way.
Is there a way to make this trigger work with the CA compliant platform? I am seeing a lot of options out there for the 365 but they detail out how it won't work with the CA compliant models

What could make the safety lever sit up and catch the slide after installing the mcarbo trigger?

Enjoy your videos 😊
Would have loved to see the trigger adjusted. This looked like it was breaking well past 90, and the reset was still very long.

I tried this, and I guess my XL fcu maybe slightly different and the safety pin came out before I was able to turn it 90degrees.
