This is one of the main things that motivated me to get evaluated. I’ve struggled to control my frustration and outbursts my entire life. Never knew it was linked to adhd.

I found this so helpful for me as a 60 year old and a grandma . These are great tools . I’m sad that it seems to have gotten cut short .

Thank you Dr. Saline. I appreciate that many of these principles apply throughout all of our relationships. In my ADD journey learning self-compassion is silencing my inner critic, welcoming circumstances outside of my control, and trusting that I already have overcome difficulties with grace.

I have a law degree….and I know lots of very smart people who have no degrees. I know a smart person when I see one, but most importantly, I look for kind and genuine people.

Very good question! It hurts 😑😢💔😞 those of us who experience with this can probably get a better understanding of this experience/situation/circumstance. Take your pick in description 👆Am listening here though. Really feel lost, sometimes without the correct word(s) to get my point across clearly. NO MORE INVALIDATION(S) or NEGATIONING, or DENYING what we’ literally experiencing! Smart n’ up those of you who doubt what we’re going through. Listen to this woman speak here. 👆

So how does all of this work for the Gaza holocaust? It seems all of the Palestinians are being deeply traumatized - how can they ever recover from the horrors?
