@@mehzabinpatel4726 You have to reset the system, it happened to me by creating a guest account and resetting the system, the PC is fine, there are other things that give the same symptom and or they are the graphics drivers, and the gpu processors that when one of them it is from another line, these are so that they cause an incompatibility problem either because the gpu of the cpu is not of the same brand or line

@@mehzabinpatel4726 The same thing happened to a friend with his notebook and the same thing happened to me only because of different problems it happened to my friend because of the gpu of the cpu and to me for creating a guest account I reset my notebook to the factory state and my friend disabled the driver gpu of the cpu and only leaving the gpu driver of the motherboard

My ASUS Vivobook, model K3502Z, keeps freezing every time I google something. I usually do Bible study as I am a Christian and I found that today, it started freezing every time I googled Blue Letter Bible or a Bible verse. I already ran two tests on the RAM and memory and no problems were found. I also ran a quick scan through the settings, checking through files for any viruses or malware and there were no threats found. I got this laptop in March and this problem just happened today. Im assuming it is a faulty driver but I am not sure which one. I installed ARMOURY CRATE and tomorrow I’m going to install/renew numerous drivers and hopefully that fixes the problem. Do you have any advice or ideas regarding what I’ve done and what I plan to do? Any recommendations? Anything I could do better or do instead of what I intend to do to better and more efficiently resolve the issue?
