How to reset frozen Asus laptop (for my Godfather)

- I realized that the computer is still not risen. you need to hold the power button for longer to really turn off. then turn on and press F9. I wanted to disconnect the battery. but the battery is built in (to turn off the laptop).
I made my decision, im never buying asus ever again
Done it. Able to reset my Asus laptop

Thanks Brother it works you should hold the power button for few seconds and then press F9.If it didn't gets ready in the first attempt repeat the process.

then it started to worked a little bit.

Easier way: click the power off button long and then when it opened close it again and then open it again by clicking the on button(click it 1 time) and then it will show the reset thing. i hope this helps:) i did this btw
