You sure that's not a 65? A 75 is normally a standard 48"x18"x21" tank, which this definitely isn't (I've had both 65s and 75s, so this just stuck out to me). Very cool setup, in any case.
Those are khuli loaches. They are elongated fish that prefer sand bottoms because they like to sift through the sand for food. I have them in all my tanks except the 5 and 2.5 because they can be a little rambunctious in a smaller space. I love these fish because they can clean up food in places other fish cant get to. They can be bright orange with black stripes, but those are about $10. I order the black ones because they are usually less than $3.

You may be right. The two figures are right, but it is 36 inches long.
