As per my knowledge rotocap rotates the valve while closing.

No, During valve opening, by rocker arm force downwards on valve stem, Rotocap rotates & so the valve

Turnomats rotate while just about to close, because they are forced through a helix. If they dont rotate, they have to break!

Niigata 6 L 26 HX engines have rotocaps below the spring and both inlet and exhaust valves have such valve rotators. The part numbers are 106 and 107 for Inlet and exh rotocaps, but dimensions are same. ANy idea whats the difference or are they both same, and part numbers do not matter?

Bro m having a confusion how the ball rotates when belville washer is pressed against the ball?

When you press, the cavity is there for pressing spring together with ball. When pressure is released, the spring pushes the ball and in turn all 6 balls turn and we see them rotating. Hence rotation happens

No, for the Main Engine we have the wings on the spindle of the Exhaust valve that rotates the valve during exhaust valve opening.

Yes, we dismantle it..clean the springs, balls , and race, check for its rotation by compressing manually by hands after boxing back..(simulating the Valve action)

How the motion is being transferred either the spherical balls moves by spring force or any other way around ?

There is spring attached on one part fixed., so when spring gets compressed, it pushes balls ahead to nullify the compression. Hence this push becomes a rotation
