Way too many "race drivers" with money but no skill on those GT3s. With the exception of F3/4, it wasn't raining that much, yet these people approach the curve, flick the steering and ride the wet curbs like the track is dry. This is insane.
Not sure why this was not red flagged; racing in these conditions at Spa is ridiculous; unnecessary and has nothing to do, with safety. It got better towards the end, but the approach to Eau Rouge was completely underwater at times. Appalling stewardship.
Because moments like this make racing drivers special and separate the good from the great. The chance of someone dying in a gt3 car is really small. It does exist, but you can't have motorsport without that small chance of death. Soon we will red flag rain racing completley, thus giving motorsport this too family friendly and sometimes baby image.
The officiating during the endurance races was excellent. FCY used instead of the dangerous SC procedure. As for driving in the rain, no one is forcing them to do so and afaik the last two deaths at Spa, one was in dry conditions the other was in rainy conditions. The drivers generally did well in the rain. Using a sc in the rain instead of fcy with single seaters is not making things safer, it invites drivers to take more risks.
Bonjour à toi que l’on entend sur cette vidéo, un petit message perso sans t’agresser … Je ne critique pas du tout le fait de filmer des crash et les montrer en vidéo, je pense juste que cela peut aussi s’accompagner d’un minimum de compassion pour le malheureux pilote qui détruit sa voiture … qui met peut-être un terme sa saison par manque de budget pour la réparer, ou idem pour l’écurie qui ne sera peut-être pas en mesure de s’en relever … Hélas, tes images sont sympas et spectaculaires, merci pour cela, mais tu les accompagnes de certains commentaires un peu dur … à 1mn lorsque la Ferrari tape , tu es hilare … idem à 1mn15s lorsque la même auto est évacuée en dépanneuse … « adieu garçon… » est franchement sévère pour le pilote … J’espère ne pas t’offenser, ton travail de filmer et de montage est fastidieux et on ne peut que t’en remercier… merci 🙏
@yeetengaffel3819 This is what happens when you have more money than talent. They have assists on to help bad drivers specifically, the car drives itself at that point.
@@deathtrooper2048 Yeah sounds like you dont get you infromation from a trustworthy place. ABS is Antilock Braking System which only affects the brakes after you have pushed them in🤦 and TC is only effective on slow speeds which limits wheel spin so the car doesnt spin out when you turn or on a wet track. You are probably just writing this to get attention so fuck you

spa runs in this weather... but BTCC round 1 delayed for half a day because of rain not remotely as bad.
