Sriracha Pimento Cheese, and it's many uses!

  • This cheese spread goes together in a snap and has so many uses that it may just become your new favorite condiment.
    Stuff a burger, or spread it on your burger bun.
    Fill a Quesadilla, add to a fajita or taco.
    Place a dollop over your French Fries and melt under a broiler.
    Stir into your favorite Mac & Cheese recipe! Weeee!
    Spread into the center of a pie crust, leave a 2 inch boarder. Top the cheese with crumbled bacon, and thinly sliced tomato. Fold the edges up and over the filling, the center will be open. Bake at 400℉ for about 20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and delicious. You have just made a tomato Galette. Enjoy!

    Sriracha Pimento Cheese Spread
    Yield about 1 quart
    All ingredients are at room temperature.
    In the bowl of a stand mixer with the paddle attachment, place:
    8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
    4 ounces cream cheese
    1/3 cup mayonnaise
    3/4 cup finely chopped pimento, drained (roasted bell pepper)
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
    Beat on medium low speed for 1minute, until all ingredients are incorporated.
