- There are so many variations of pizza out there... thin base, deep pan, stuffed crust, or even with a polenta or naan bread base. But by rolling it up and cutting it into swirls it makes it perfect for a packed lunch or picnic.

I love how Ben is like the "parent" of the kitchen and gives all the children jobs to his mates. :P Great teamwork, great food! :D
+Gruzuk And the only mature one of the bunch.
+BeardedDanishViking and the geeky one
Gruzuk
the worst part of pizza is when it's all gone
+Lilly Bell my life in a sentence
nice tip! Thanks
Great idea, we will definitely look at doing this moving forward!
Could never get on with cold pizza. I think the best pizza is a day old and just sliiiiightly warm.
***** I agree, fresh pizza is the best, I never fell into the cold pizza craze. Though one time I had a few hour warm, and it wasen't too bad for once.
There are different ways, if you reheat in a pan and cover it in alumnian foil for a few minutes over medium the crust is crispy, cheese is fine, toppings are 'fresh'. Be careful not to get it too crispy though some may like that.
***** Really? I see / hear about it all the time from pretty much everyone.
Lucky, lucky tyrone.
Of course!
Yep, you sure can! Enjoy!
I always make swirls with ham, green pesto and grated goat cheese or just grated cheese. Everybody loves them ;D
You guys should try Shawarma, after living in the Middle East for three years, i've learnt to love it! And so it doesn't need to have the bad street food reputation it currently does :)
Up to the night before. It also freezes quite well so you can make it up to the point of proving and then freeze it for later!
Sure!
Is Ben immune to heat or something? Every time something comes out of the oven, or pot, he just goes right in and touches it. Every time I do it, I burn myself...
Cooks are used to it
Chef's develope callouses on their hands and fingers. Ben as a chef would have these so extreme heat wouldn't bother him as much.
Can you please make a recipe using the comination of mustard and honey?
aww .. i used to make these with my mum when i was a kid ! they are the best !
It would indeed... we used the dried active... but the active live stuff is even easier if you can get hold of it!
Have you never heard of this before, because in Denmark it is realy commen, I see them in every day life. You can by batter special made for it. We dont call it for pizza swirls, but pizza snegle translated it is called pizza snails, because the swirls look like the house a snail have on top of it. Just a little facts 😉
wow that's cool
Pause at 0:53. Ben looks like Wallace from Wallace and Grommet
These guys are awesome! Thank you!
Yep... added flavour and extra fibre. Fresh yeast is better if you can get hold of it... we just don't usually have any to hand so the dried stuff works well.
Nutella and strawberry pizza!!
ok guys im Italian that was not nearly enough cheese.
Basically yes!
I love your mixer!
Yes for a sweet pizza,
If you don't have a pan like that with holes, can you use a pizza stone?
Sure, that should work fine!
SORTED Food I have neither. =/ Any chance this works in a regular baking pan? Loved the recipe, hopefully it can be done... oh, I'm no sweet tooth, but we have SO MANY different sweet toppings here in Brazil, ppl would go insane...some places have over 50 options. I saw your recipe and yet was still a surprise to me, amazing =)
That's not enough cheese!!!!!!
Then put more on, yourself.
happy birthhday Ben! thank you for inspiring us to cook : ) have a blast!
Sweet pizza sounds interesting! Also loved ben's smile at the end of the video! Classic!
It may be cultural differences, but when you said to add a lot of cheese, you didnt. Like I would have added at least 3x as much.
oh my god!! he speaks so fast... :O i dint understand anything... :/
aww these are so cute, definitely adding this to my list of stuff to make
What a pleasant birthday present. :)
Thanks from sweden, definitely trying this out! :)
Yeast will still work in the fridge... just much slower. If you prove it at room temperature it'll need an hour or so but by letting it work much slower for 10-12 hours overnight you get a better flavour. it means you have to plan ahead... but I always prefer it! Warm water will help to activate it even quicker!
Mmmmm great idea guys! can't wait to try it!
That looks beyond delicious! Happy birthday as well!
We haven't tacked this yet, but you never know, could be an idea!
I can't wait to try this! Thanks guys :)

Also sweet pizza sounds like my kind of food!

that looks sooo good
This recipe is awesome! I've been making them for school and now people always nag me to make them when there's an event to bring in food. Thanks Sorted :D
Gonna make these for my school party, sooo excited! :))
We didn't use sugar because we left it in a warm place with plenty of liquid for plenty of time so it 'fed' off the natural sugars in the flour. The oil and salt are for general flavour (not to do with the yeast specifically). Hope that helps.
Gonna make them right now! So excited !!! :D
SO I made these last night using a premade dough. Best idea ever guys! Went down a treat and so quick to make!
Goooosh! This looks extra special
