Thank you. Great exercises, especially number 7. I don't have much experience with this, so I find controlling the opponent's stick with a slap daunting in comparison with continuously leading it around. When is it a good idea to slap the stick away, and when a mistake? - I am worried that sending the stick away with force, if done improperly, will give it power and load it if the opponent simply follows a circular-like motion. There is also the principle of submitting to the power of the hit I am receiving and just rotating the stick the other way around (if that's possible) for free. I understand that done well it allows you to get into the unguarded area before the stick comes back even if it is empowered, but can you always retreat in time?

Wow another really really good questions. Can you do me a favour? Can you send me an email at lighthavengoa@gmail.com
With all these questions. And I'll try my best to either answer them over email or make videos about them.
