It's an old drill. Don't see it too much but it's an important drill.
I think most Pekiti teachers know if I'm not sure if it's been shared so much online 🤷‍♂️
Either way it's best if it's learnt from a teacher in person because there are many things that can't be shared on video because they have to be felt.
