As an owner of a trouble-free 2017 Maserati Granturismo, I have some very simple advice for you. Check your battery to make sure that it's in good shape (replace if it isn't), then always keep it on a trickle charger if you're not using it every single day. If you do that, you should have years of trouble-free miles and smiles.

A maserati is not a car vor the average joe who needs to spent his saving for keeping a car but this goes also for ther brands my friend. Owning 3 of them I can tell you, you only should consider buying a trident if you have suifficent budget for keeping the lights on. And candidly if you dont take proper care of the car thats your paycheck unfortunately. But it's a great car my friend it still looks incredible and candidly speaking in 10 years time from now it will be still an eyecatcher. Still considering to buy the MC Stradale version of this convertible awesome sound. Better than the new ones for sure

Hi and congrats on the car. I bought my 2008 Maserati 6 months ago now. I beat you in the crazy stakes as no PPI, insurance write off, 125,000 miles and a whole host of issues… but mine was $6,000. I have to do all the work myself as there is no way I could afford to pay anyone. She has been reliable. She is mostly easy to work on. The electronics and warning lights are best to be acknowledged, checked, but not necessarily get worried about. An Autel AP200 scanner is a must at about $70. I have spent about $4000 so far fixing mine, but that was a huge amount of parts and will get me a good car that will be good for many years. For example engine and gearbox mounts were $600, but should now be good for 50,000 miles. Anyway I have done a few how to videos that may help. Have fun with her and try to do it all yourself, it is both rewarding and very much cheaper!

However if not planning on working on it yourself then buy a really well sorted example and get a pre purchase inspection as there are a few gotchas as well as a few faults that are easy to fix so are no big deal. In this case a good Maserati specialist is a must - don’t go to dealer.

I have the exact same car with less than 14,000 miles. Total repair costs have been less than $500. Car has been extremely reliable. Two services every other year that rotate. One is $1,500 and the other is $400 no matter the Mileage driven. If you can't afford the game - don't play.

the tranny and engine are rock solid - its whats "around" the engine that Maserati forgot to quality control! the suspension is garbage, especially if you live in SF/bay area with potholes and garbage roads!!! I went through 3x front suspension ball joints bushing and a-arms while i lived in SF. :(

Almost did the same back in 2019, but went with 2012 Jag XKR with 35K miles. Even a Jag that retailed for $106K is basically a Chevy compared to a Maserati when it comes to expense of maintenance. Most common Jag parts you can get at Autozone; I did my own front brakes and the pads and sensors in stock at any O'Reillys. *NOT THE CASE FOR A GRAN TURISMO* I sold the Jag last year for about $5K less than I spent; I put 15K miles on it and nothing broke while I had it. Good luck, kid!
Did exactly the same thing - in the UK, the Maserati was twice as much to insure and four times as much to get serviced. That’s probably unique to the jag’s domestic market, but I also think the XK is more timeless in the aesthetic department. The GT is gorgeous, but I’m less confident I’ll feel the same in ten years
Great energy! I bought my 2012 Maserati GT Sport MC coupe a year ago. Bought it with 23k miles and daily drive it and just turned 30k miles. Zero issues. Did one oil change myself for $130. I test drove several but the most important factor was getting one that was maintained properly and making sure you have the ZF transmission (not f1) with the MC. Insurance sucks…It’s $100 more a month than the R8. Upgrade the infotainment center ($800 on Alibaba). Carbon fiber package is a must. Best feeling steering wheel I’ve ever had (carbon fiber). Great bang for buck even with higher operating costs.

lol I owned mine for 7 yeas / 90k miles - its a money pit. awesome car - awesome exhaust noises, but cost per mile was VERY expensive (especially when factoring in depreciation) no REGRETS!!!!
Depends on the country you live in. Living in Germany with 3,100 €/month, this car isn't affordable. This car has expensive insurance, the maintenance is expensive when you have to change the vreaks or tyres. And this is for sure, not a daily. This car is for fun. So you have at least another car as a daily. And if you park this car on public roads, the insurance is even higher.
But that is a front/mid engine meaning it's very easy to reach most of it. If you can work on a small block Chevy or Ford V8 you can do the routine maintenance on this as well. That is actually a very solid reliable drivetrain.
I did same with my Mercedes C55 Wagon. I bought it online based on description 😅 luckily it came in flawless condition 🙂 bought it with 45000 miles, now it's 105k. Just doing service every 3-5k. Did transmission oil change. Its still runs and drives like brand new. Masterpiece ❤
Expensive car, equals expensive service and parts, the BMW I owned cost me $16,000+ over the 4 years I owned it. It's better to lease a high end vehicle for 3 years provided it includes all maintenance, parts and labour written into your lease so you have no surprises or regrets.

My 08 never gave me any major issues. Sold it at 25k before they started to happen. Started it up one cold morning and the sound of the devil spoke. Camshaft variator clicking. I'm buying another one where the problem was fixed. If you buy one, make sure the engine serial number is > 149000 or it's a year 2011 or greater.
buy brake pads from Formula dynamics - get rotors turned will cost $700. Start saving - the suspension is garbage in the front. I replaced the upper lower A-arms and ball joints 3x over 90k miles! each "set" is $1700/side or $3400 total... I did this 3x and spent $10k+. The best exhaust upgrade = Larini (x-pipe+ valved exhaust) $3000
I had the rate version of 300 specimen of such beauty. It was the grand tourismo. I bought it for 85000 about 10 years ago... I ve sold it for 100k 2 years ago... If you can't effort the maintance don't suggest you can own one...

I have a 2009 s with the rare F1 transmission- have had nearly two years and driven about 4,500 miles in that time (not a daily obviously). Total maintenance cost has been $300 in that time (one oil and filter change at a non-dealer shop). Car has “quirks” but no real issues and car gives me no problems- is a dream to drive and just to have frankly. I will obviously have a clutch replacement to address at some point, but it has been a great experience
It's small world. In the opening scene, the Carvana Gran Turismo was actually owned by me! I sold it to them back in March. While I loved the vehicle, it was expensive to maintain and fuel. Plus, I was always praying no engine light(s) would appear.
Finance major here, very good deal on the car and it’s a beauty, just focus on about $5,000 at all times in a HYSA to do maintenance year round. If you can keep that around then you can totally afford this car!
when buying an exotic of any kind please Notre, being able to buy one and having any business buying one are two conversations entirely. Rule of thumb, if you cannot write a check for $10,000 without changing how you eat, you have no business buying Maserati, Ferrari etc. Headlight $4,200, ask me how I know... The issues I have had were the steering column buttons stopped working (bad capacitor), and the front left acceleration sensor went out causing the “Check suspension” message to pop. These were actually $1200 and $1500 at the dealer but you can actually fix them yourself - I just had a Carvana warranty. I love the car it’s amazing. Yours is very nice and that was a really good price mine was 52
@@micklejickles I had the same issue with the front left acceleration sensor and that's it. Have put 10,000 miles on my 2015 Sport convertible with nothing but regular servicing since. (14,000 total)
You can replace the Alternator yourself, IIRC it is a Denso, just do some research on the part #. Valve cover gaskets are not that hard to do. I don't want to sound rude, someone with your finances should know how to do a lot of this work, or not own something like this. These are not horrible cars to own if are mechanically inclined.
Enjoy the car bro. I’ve had my 2018 GT for nearly a year however it’ll be gone in a week or two since I just purchased a 2016 California T down in Naples. If I had the space I’d keep both cars but it’s just not convenient man. Loved the GT and it was a dream of mine for a while so I hope you love and enjoy it the same way I did bro. Also had no issues with mine in terms of reliability etc.

I bought a Maserati GT over a year ago from a dealer 1300 miles away, over the internet, that was scary experience but so far, so good. I've put 2k miles on it so far, spent 0 dollar in maintenance. I'm just hoping that all I really pay for is gas, oil change, battery, and tires but that's wishful thinking. If everything goes well and nothing breaks upgrading the infotainment system will make the interior look better and X-pipe + sports cat will be the dream.

There is an old saying here in Europe about the cost of keeping a car like these on the road. It says " If you have wealth you drive Mercedes, if you are rich you go for a Jaguar" This exactly means that if you go for a upper class car there will be expenses, but if you go for some luxury car extravaganza, be prepared to have loads of money. This comes from the time Mercedes S class competed with Jaguar XJ V 12.
I owned several Ferraris and the service and parts costs got so ridiculous I switched to Porsche and although it originally sounded like a vacuum cleaner before i changed the exhaust, i don't have the maintenance costs anymore
Speaking from 2014 GranTurismo Sport convertible it has been really reliable except oddly the hood release has broken multiple times. A belt broke but dealer messed up claiming declined service when no service was declined. Also they offer a 2 year extended warranty for a reasonable price back then.
How many miles on the car? Saying you “can get one of these for 30K” means not a convertible, and/or extremely high mileage, neglected maintenance, and some undisclosed issues. Bashing the brand is not a good look. My 2013 has 45k original miles and drives like new. Never an issue. Quit drinking troll kool-aid. Buying a mistreated and neglected, high mileage car is not a fair review. You said it right. You can’t afford that car. Nice a nice one.

I own a Maserati Granturismo S 2009 in Kazakhstan. That’s an awesome car. I didn’t expect it to be so perfect. The sound, exterior are the best. But this is really very expensive car: better gasoline, oil, services. What is more annoying is that spare parts are really hard to find in Kazakhstan and I should wait them for months (the cost is disconsolate too). BUT IT’S REALLY WORTH IT. Maserati GTS is a unique and unforgettable car giving you all emotions you can get from the super car that cost 300K$+. Moreover you can peacefully travel on Maserati without regrets and fears (I doubt that traveling on Porsche 911 or any more expensive car would be as peaceful and confident as on Maserati). You can do all things you would do on a normal car, but with that legend sound and exterior every day. Even with the opportunity to buy any car 100k$+, honestly, I don’t want to change Maserati. It’s the best, you should just try once and fell in love forever…
I had one for 3 years, Blu Mediterraneo in colour. Nothing ever went wrong ever, just standard servicing by the original dealer that supplied it. Happily sold it on guilt free and the new owner also has enjoyed trouble free ownership.
You mentioned in the title that you used your "life savings" to buy this car. Now people ask you "what you do for a living". Doesn't this give you a pause to think that maybe such lifestyle is... not sustainable and out of your reach? Are you pretending to be someone you're not? Did you buy this car to get external validation? Just some food for thought.
I appreciate the concern, I wouldn't overthink it. It's going to be loads of fun to drive this thing, and a cool reliability experiment for the youtube channel (to hopefully prove people wrong that say they're ULTRA unreliable). Could've waited longer to save more money, but I'll be ok. Can always sell a car.
@ProfessorDrives it's definitely fun, and I hope yours is fairly maintenance-free. As long as you have a financial plan and are fairly certain it won't set you back by many years - it's probably fine. I myself am planning to get a used C7 Z51 which, according to a pessimistic scenario of market returns, would only set me back 6 months in my retirement plans. That's a little price to pay for the fun. If you're happy and feel internally good about your decision - then it's probably at least not a wrong one. Just make sure you're prepared for what life might unexpectedly throw at you.
@przemekzientala here's my thoughts: 1. Do you have a plan to double/triple your income? 2. Are you paying Cash? 3. Will the resale value stay about the same? If all the answers are yes, nothing wrong with owning it for a little bit. Only risk is an engine or transmission failure. Which leads to the fourth criteria 4. Are you OK with losing $10k

On one hand - prevents debt. On the other hand, if you believe the stock market will do well, putting a small down payment and the rest into something like VTI+VXUS might mean you are net positive compared to paying cash. Unless your return is lower than loan's APR, ofc. 3. Yes, very important. Generally, I would think that the older the car, the more likely its resale value will hold. 4. Absolutely - it's often about the "big unknowns" that one should be prepared for. Just like with having an emergency fund of ~6 months of average living expenses.

I got some crazy 12-15% interest loan offers... could TRY to beat like 8% but I'd probably only take the loan if it's less than 5% interest
I love the Maserati but for the same price you can buy a used corvette with the option of a three pedal. Looks are subjective but the Vette will out perform the Maserati in every category including long term cost and reliability.
Props to you for acquiring a Maserati for it timeless design (it's basically an art masterpiece on wheels) despite it's expensive shortcomings. I'd personally choose a Maserati over the over hyped Porche's and Lambo products because mid/rear engine exotics are not average DIY friendly for a VW product and Maserati is definitely something I could afford compared to a Ferrari and front mounted engines are easier to work with . If you are worried about depreciation/resale value, don't buy - just lease. If you are in it to drive it, then you buy/finance. To afford ownership of such a stunning Italian brand vehicle, you best be mechanically inclined to perform DIYs.
From a guy that has owned 2 Maseratis, the GranTurismo is a very beautiful car! Plan on going with the MC20 for my next one though...! Petty dumb of Maserati going the EV route for 2025, imo, now that they have their Nettuno Engine. Lithium EV's are such a friggin bad move! For my Sedan, instead of a GranTurismo, I think I'll go with the Bentley Flying Spur though. Oh my, this is going to be fun...!
You're not stupid, just spending money on what you enjoy. It is however going to cost a ton of money to maintain. I own an Audi and can relate. No issues with it. I just stay on top of preventative maintenance on my vehicles and it's not cheap.
Gorgeous automobile, nice speed, and great sound, but yes, the maintenance is what's gonna get you. Find one at an auction and buy it cash to avoid a car note so your main focus is just maintenance.

I owned a 08 GT and stored it in a storage shed during winter,,,, ready???? Vermont! It started right up but was a little weak on the start.

My dad wanted to buy a used Mazer Quartroporte. The salesman (who was a saint in my book) told him that if you can’t afford to put AT LEAST $1,000 a month in savings for maintenance and repairs you can’t afford it no matter how cheap the car is.
A maserati is not a car vor the average joe who needs to spent his saving for keeping a car but this goes also for ther brands my friend. Owning 3 of them I can tell you, you only should consider buying a trident if you have suifficent budget for keeping the lights on. And candidly if you dont take proper care of the car thats your paycheck unfortunately. But it's a great car my friend it still looks incredible and candidly speaking in 10 years time from now it will be still an eyecatcher. Still considering to buy the MC Stradale version of this convertible awesome sound. Better than the new ones for sure

Hi and congrats on the car. I bought my 2008 Maserati 6 months ago now. I beat you in the crazy stakes as no PPI, insurance write off, 125,000 miles and a whole host of issues… but mine was $6,000. I have to do all the work myself as there is no way I could afford to pay anyone. She has been reliable. She is mostly easy to work on. The electronics and warning lights are best to be acknowledged, checked, but not necessarily get worried about. An Autel AP200 scanner is a must at about $70. I have spent about $4000 so far fixing mine, but that was a huge amount of parts and will get me a good car that will be good for many years. For example engine and gearbox mounts were $600, but should now be good for 50,000 miles. Anyway I have done a few how to videos that may help. Have fun with her and try to do it all yourself, it is both rewarding and very much cheaper!

However if not planning on working on it yourself then buy a really well sorted example and get a pre purchase inspection as there are a few gotchas as well as a few faults that are easy to fix so are no big deal. In this case a good Maserati specialist is a must - don’t go to dealer.

I have the exact same car with less than 14,000 miles. Total repair costs have been less than $500. Car has been extremely reliable. Two services every other year that rotate. One is $1,500 and the other is $400 no matter the Mileage driven. If you can't afford the game - don't play.

the tranny and engine are rock solid - its whats "around" the engine that Maserati forgot to quality control! the suspension is garbage, especially if you live in SF/bay area with potholes and garbage roads!!! I went through 3x front suspension ball joints bushing and a-arms while i lived in SF. :(

Almost did the same back in 2019, but went with 2012 Jag XKR with 35K miles. Even a Jag that retailed for $106K is basically a Chevy compared to a Maserati when it comes to expense of maintenance. Most common Jag parts you can get at Autozone; I did my own front brakes and the pads and sensors in stock at any O'Reillys. *NOT THE CASE FOR A GRAN TURISMO* I sold the Jag last year for about $5K less than I spent; I put 15K miles on it and nothing broke while I had it. Good luck, kid!

That’s probably unique to the jag’s domestic market, but I also think the XK is more timeless in the aesthetic department. The GT is gorgeous, but I’m less confident I’ll feel the same in ten years
Great energy! I bought my 2012 Maserati GT Sport MC coupe a year ago. Bought it with 23k miles and daily drive it and just turned 30k miles. Zero issues. Did one oil change myself for $130. I test drove several but the most important factor was getting one that was maintained properly and making sure you have the ZF transmission (not f1) with the MC. Insurance sucks…It’s $100 more a month than the R8. Upgrade the infotainment center ($800 on Alibaba). Carbon fiber package is a must. Best feeling steering wheel I’ve ever had (carbon fiber). Great bang for buck even with higher operating costs.

Depends on the country you live in.
Living in Germany with 3,100 €/month, this car isn't affordable. This car has expensive insurance, the maintenance is expensive when you have to change the vreaks or tyres. And this is for sure, not a daily. This car is for fun. So you have at least another car as a daily. And if you park this car on public roads, the insurance is even higher.
But that is a front/mid engine meaning it's very easy to reach most of it. If you can work on a small block Chevy or Ford V8 you can do the routine maintenance on this as well. That is actually a very solid reliable drivetrain.

I did same with my Mercedes C55 Wagon. I bought it online based on description 😅 luckily it came in flawless condition 🙂 bought it with 45000 miles, now it's 105k. Just doing service every 3-5k. Did transmission oil change. Its still runs and drives like brand new. Masterpiece ❤

Expensive car, equals expensive service and parts, the BMW I owned cost me $16,000+ over the 4 years I owned it. It's better to lease a high end vehicle for 3 years provided it includes all maintenance, parts and labour written into your lease so you have no surprises or regrets.
In the end Is a trade off. People get a Camry for realiability but your Maserati looks absolutely phenomenal ! Congrats.

My 08 never gave me any major issues. Sold it at 25k before they started to happen. Started it up one cold morning and the sound of the devil spoke. Camshaft variator clicking. I'm buying another one where the problem was fixed. If you buy one, make sure the engine serial number is > 149000 or it's a year 2011 or greater.
buy brake pads from Formula dynamics - get rotors turned will cost $700. Start saving - the suspension is garbage in the front. I replaced the upper lower A-arms and ball joints 3x over 90k miles! each "set" is $1700/side or $3400 total... I did this 3x and spent $10k+. The best exhaust upgrade = Larini (x-pipe+ valved exhaust) $3000
I had the rate version of 300 specimen of such beauty. It was the grand tourismo. I bought it for 85000 about 10 years ago... I ve sold it for 100k 2 years ago... If you can't effort the maintance don't suggest you can own one...

I have a 2009 s with the rare F1 transmission- have had nearly two years and driven about 4,500 miles in that time (not a daily obviously). Total maintenance cost has been $300 in that time (one oil and filter change at a non-dealer shop). Car has “quirks” but no real issues and car gives me no problems- is a dream to drive and just to have frankly. I will obviously have a clutch replacement to address at some point, but it has been a great experience
It's small world. In the opening scene, the Carvana Gran Turismo was actually owned by me! I sold it to them back in March. While I loved the vehicle, it was expensive to maintain and fuel. Plus, I was always praying no engine light(s) would appear.

Finance major here, very good deal on the car and it’s a beauty, just focus on about $5,000 at all times in a HYSA to do maintenance year round. If you can keep that around then you can totally afford this car!

Rule of thumb, if you cannot write a check for $10,000 without changing how you eat, you have no business buying Maserati, Ferrari etc. Headlight $4,200, ask me how I know... The issues I have had were the steering column buttons stopped working (bad capacitor), and the front left acceleration sensor went out causing the “Check suspension” message to pop. These were actually $1200 and $1500 at the dealer but you can actually fix them yourself - I just had a Carvana warranty. I love the car it’s amazing. Yours is very nice and that was a really good price mine was 52

You can replace the Alternator yourself, IIRC it is a Denso, just do some research on the part #. Valve cover gaskets are not that hard to do. I don't want to sound rude, someone with your finances should know how to do a lot of this work, or not own something like this. These are not horrible cars to own if are mechanically inclined.

If your a die hard Maserati fan I get caring about the cost to fix the issues, but honestly just swap a ls3 with a supercharger if the engine goes and sell the trans. Reliability, sound and good amount of power in a stunning car.
I bought a Maserati GT over a year ago from a dealer 1300 miles away, over the internet, that was scary experience but so far, so good.
I've put 2k miles on it so far, spent 0 dollar in maintenance. I'm just hoping that all I really pay for is gas, oil change, battery, and tires but that's wishful thinking.
If everything goes well and nothing breaks upgrading the infotainment system will make the interior look better and X-pipe + sports cat will be the dream.

Speaking from 2014 GranTurismo Sport convertible it has been really reliable except oddly the hood release has broken multiple times. A belt broke but dealer messed up claiming declined service when no service was declined. Also they offer a 2 year extended warranty for a reasonable price back then.

How many miles on the car? Saying you “can get one of these for 30K” means not a convertible, and/or extremely high mileage, neglected maintenance, and some undisclosed issues. Bashing the brand is not a good look. My 2013 has 45k original miles and drives like new. Never an issue. Quit drinking troll kool-aid. Buying a mistreated and neglected, high mileage car is not a fair review. You said it right. You can’t afford that car. Nice a nice one.

I own a Maserati Granturismo S 2009 in Kazakhstan. That’s an awesome car. I didn’t expect it to be so perfect. The sound, exterior are the best. But this is really very expensive car: better gasoline, oil, services. What is more annoying is that spare parts are really hard to find in Kazakhstan and I should wait them for months (the cost is disconsolate too). BUT IT’S REALLY WORTH IT. Maserati GTS is a unique and unforgettable car giving you all emotions you can get from the super car that cost 300K$+. Moreover you can peacefully travel on Maserati without regrets and fears (I doubt that traveling on Porsche 911 or any more expensive car would be as peaceful and confident as on Maserati). You can do all things you would do on a normal car, but with that legend sound and exterior every day. Even with the opportunity to buy any car 100k$+, honestly, I don’t want to change Maserati. It’s the best, you should just try once and fell in love forever…

Happily sold it on guilt free and the new owner also has enjoyed trouble free ownership.
You mentioned in the title that you used your "life savings" to buy this car. Now people ask you "what you do for a living". Doesn't this give you a pause to think that maybe such lifestyle is... not sustainable and out of your reach? Are you pretending to be someone you're not? Did you buy this car to get external validation? Just some food for thought.
I appreciate the concern, I wouldn't overthink it. It's going to be loads of fun to drive this thing, and a cool reliability experiment for the youtube channel (to hopefully prove people wrong that say they're ULTRA unreliable). Could've waited longer to save more money, but I'll be ok. Can always sell a car.
@ProfessorDrives it's definitely fun, and I hope yours is fairly maintenance-free. As long as you have a financial plan and are fairly certain it won't set you back by many years - it's probably fine. I myself am planning to get a used C7 Z51 which, according to a pessimistic scenario of market returns, would only set me back 6 months in my retirement plans. That's a little price to pay for the fun. If you're happy and feel internally good about your decision - then it's probably at least not a wrong one. Just make sure you're prepared for what life might unexpectedly throw at you.

1. Do you have a plan to double/triple your income?
2. Are you paying Cash?
3. Will the resale value stay about the same?
If all the answers are yes, nothing wrong with owning it for a little bit. Only risk is an engine or transmission failure. Which leads to the fourth criteria

2. I have mixed feelings about this. On one hand - prevents debt. On the other hand, if you believe the stock market will do well, putting a small down payment and the rest into something like VTI+VXUS might mean you are net positive compared to paying cash. Unless your return is lower than loan's APR, ofc.
3. Yes, very important. Generally, I would think that the older the car, the more likely its resale value will hold.
4. Absolutely - it's often about the "big unknowns" that one should be prepared for. Just like with having an emergency fund of ~6 months of average living expenses.
@przemekzientala You sound like a Dave Ramsey fanatic just like me. All valid points. I don't think it'll be possible to get a higher return on investing with average loan rates right now. I got some crazy 12-15% interest loan offers... could TRY to beat like 8% but I'd probably only take the loan if it's less than 5% interest
I love the Maserati but for the same price you can buy a used corvette with the option of a three pedal. Looks are subjective but the Vette will out perform the Maserati in every category including long term cost and reliability.

Props to you for acquiring a Maserati for it timeless design (it's basically an art masterpiece on wheels) despite it's expensive shortcomings. I'd personally choose a Maserati over the over hyped Porche's and Lambo products because mid/rear engine exotics are not average DIY friendly for a VW product and Maserati is definitely something I could afford compared to a Ferrari and front mounted engines are easier to work with . If you are worried about depreciation/resale value, don't buy - just lease. If you are in it to drive it, then you buy/finance. To afford ownership of such a stunning Italian brand vehicle, you best be mechanically inclined to perform DIYs.

You're not stupid, just spending money on what you enjoy. It is however going to cost a ton of money to maintain. I own an Audi and can relate. No issues with it. I just stay on top of preventative maintenance on my vehicles and it's not cheap.
Gorgeous automobile, nice speed, and great sound, but yes, the maintenance is what's gonna get you. Find one at an auction and buy it cash to avoid a car note so your main focus is just maintenance.
