I’m always a bit skeptical of people who don’t seem to understand the definition of technology. When he says “exposed to technology” I’m pretty sure he means electronics and computers, but technology encompasses anything where scientific (or empirical) knowledge has been put to practical use, it’s been around since the dawn of man, and you could say some animals use it too

A lot of information to fit into a 30 min time slot--there are a significant amount of studies and evidence about how light affects your health (steve jobs) and about how your health and wealth are linked on his Patreon Blogs and his site. Would recommend keeping an open mind and doing some research there. The key take away I would say if you're coming from strictly BTC perspective is that your BTC is worthless if you die young and that he's suggesting that you take a look into your health and how technology and light influences your overall well being. Just my perspective!
