Go with the single speed Dremel Blake. The multi speed motors are crap. We've been using a single speed motor Dremel on Brandon's Miata build and it holds up!
Burnt out my multi speed years ago building a hard tail, just replaced the motor brushes and good to go. They usually sell them on the same rack as the bits. On the other hand not sure if the newer models went brushless? Looks awesome BTW
+zoninable I actually do have a air compressor and a bunch of air tools. I just find I'm always waiting around for it to catch up. I like most of the new battery operated tools much better as they have the same or more torque than air and it's less of a hassle. But I probably should have just pulled out my die grinder for this.
Is it fiberglass or carbon though? I'm confused lol, looks like fiberglass on the back side as I'm sure carbon comes in woven sheets at least rather than individual strands otherwise is made entirely from one sheet. I'm just confused right now.
+BRAV0 TWO ZER0 carbon fiber layer on top fiberglass on the bottom. This is pretty common practice for carbon as if it were just all carbon it would probably cost over 2K.

The website was difficult, just Google ChargeSpeed 08-14 WRX/STI REAR DIFFUSER COWL. Easier to find that way. Great Install and Looks perfect, other then the $750 Price tag.....

Looks good, would 3M weather strip tape along the top help, also along the bottom put strips of tape in between the screws to help.
