Its alarming, let people work without the fear of losing pin. This causes so much anxiety that'll make you feel less competent and you'll end up hating your job.

Hi Nurse Deo, thank you so much for all the information you give us. I am extremely appreciative of you. Thank you. From university I went straight into working in ICU in London. It’s now two years since I have been working in this area. I very much would like to do agency work. However the thought of a new environment that I am not familiar with just worry me🤦🏾 I am concern about the way they do things. For example their documentation and the structured activities for that area that I will be doing the bank shift in. It may all be different from my current work area. Bearing in mind that systems may vary from trust to trust and care area to care area. In my work area all the observations, nursing documentation, drugs chart, doctors notes, multidisciplinary notes are computerised. Maybe it’s just me being worried over nothing 🤦🏾🤦🏾 Please is that any advise that you can give me? Many thanks 🙏🏽 ❤
