03:04 In Indonesia, we called it, Wallet (Swallow) Bird's Nest. People eat their saliva made nest for health purpose. Some even made into healthy drink. It taste like jelly drink. Just like in Philippines, we Indonesian also consider to be lucky when their house is getting nested by Wallet Bird, they choose to move their residence, and turn their house into Wallet Nest Farm instead.

how did you get that number? it's 80,000 birds, so let's give it a chance that's there are 40,000 pairs, that's 40,000 nests. $40,000 x $200 = $8,000,000 (8 million USD) [ i use the lowest value number because there's not always guarantee for high value nest]

God bless these people who take such pride in their food. That's what makes the food taste so good is their passion for cooking the food. It's insane how intensive it is but I give them such credit for what they do. Good job guys, please keep it up. We need people who cook like that instead of people who just cook stuff the day before and sell it the next day or even all week until they get rid of it all. It's gross, like the first people do, the food should be made fresh every day and should be made to order. Not having food sit around for God knows how long until somebody orders it.

"5:am wake up six days a week, complex broths made from scratch. People half their age wouldn't last long." Sounds like something someone who has never cooked before would say.. I'm less than half their age, been cooking for half my own age now. I wake at 4:am to get to work (on a military base) by 4:45 am, and I cook way more from scratch than just two broths every single day.. It's not hard if you know what you're doing, and I'm sure it's a piece of cake for those two who have been doing it forever. I bet their soups are delicious.
