I would also love to learn from Wu Hsu Pi-Ying, the owner of "House of Unique Stink"! I love her passion and the way she educates as she speaks of her product. And I respect that she always starts of with good quality fresh vegetables for her brine! I normally see something that looks or sounds gross to me- and my mind thinks that's all it is- gross- in every way. But! Nope, I am wrong! This, and I'm sure tons of other products out there, are a labor of love to their creators! She just showed me that. That's why instead of just trying her stinky tofu, I would rather meet and learn from her for as long as she would let me. I feel, all the way over here in Arizona, USA lol- (thank you TH-cam!) that she has a lot of wisdom to share with the world. ❤

The chontacuro [Amazonian Worm] in Sabah, Malaysia we call it butod for Kadazan Dusun. I don't eat butod but my father bring freshly butod from I don't where. Either my father cooked or grilled or even eat it *_alive_* . My uncles and aunty eat it.

We have food just like amazon worms in indonesia. I think the grasshoper is to expensive $4 for such little cup. We have fried grasshoper too. It has 3 taste: salty, sweet, and spicy. It cost $1.5 for 100grams. For durians, indonesia has more than 10 kinds of durians and each kind taste different.
