You have a lot to do there Mark, damp is the enemy of a railway layout and sundeala is probably worse than MDF in a damp environment. Keep well see you when the good weather comes everything will look better with a bit of warm sun on it.

Hi Mark! Nice to see you back out in the shed. I hope you are warm. Sciatica is miserable! I'm sorry you are having to deal with that. You are a wonderful devoted husband. Of course, Jane comes first. Sounds like you've got your work cut out for you in updating the shed. My gosh, you must have huge spiders to move all those buildings around, and overturn tables! LOL! Maybe some mouse traps would benefit. Texas can sympathize with your lighting issues! Loved the church with the funeral and the wedding. I'd love to see another tour when you get it all sorted. Does your town have a name? Also, could you use a dehumidifier out in the shed to help combat the dampness? That way the mildew won't grow. Hope you can get the roof fixed once the weather improves. Thank you Holly, Yes the town does have a name though not very inventive, it's called "Filchester" hehe Jane named it, I'll do a guided tour for you just as soon as I'm able, so if I don't get to it feel free to give me a nudge. Got high winds here now so not going on the roof either, Yes it looks like a wee mouse has been around, but once I'm back in the shed on a regular basis I think that will be enough. I'm lucky it isn't a wild haggis. That's a very clever name! Jane's spot on with that! I enjoyed the look around, but would love a proper tour when you fix it up and are up to it. No, don't get up on the roof with high winds going. Don't want to see you blown away now! I agree, Mark, that it is wonderful that we have such different hobbies, but we appreciate each other's interests enough to watch and comment. Just because I am not into trains doesn't mean that I don't enjoy watching them. I am fascinated by them, really. I'm very impressed though, that you would watch my videos. I know men aren't into babies and such, but you are always so sweet to watch and comment. That means the world to me! Give my best to Jane and the girls,

@@hollysdollhouse The truth is Holly I had to be into babies because I raised the twins on my own until I met Jane. before then I was Mom, Dad and playmate. I lost count of the times they put make up on me, or styled my hair, the Nail Polish got some funny looks when I went shopping, and can you imagine me walking around the baby section of Dept Stores. Luckily Jane came along to deal with other womanly things, cheers my Dear, Mark

Good to see your doing okay, at -17 I'm really not surprised you've kept away from the shed. Looks like you have a fare bit of work and as you say better to sort the out side first otherwise you're be fighting a loosing battle with the elements and critters. Hopefully the weather starts to improve soon, stay safe and well.
Yes Rob it was so cold Ice formed on the inside of the shed, putting a heater on would have made things worse, cheers Mark

Nice to see you back . Looks like a fair amount of work required . Its been too cold for my loft too , but I think I really need to sort out my wiring and electrics when warmth returns!

Good to see you back. I know how you feel. My back causes me a lot of mobility problems, in the winter I get the same as you. I have been resting up the past few week because of it. You look after yourselves, keep safe and well.

Mark I have seen your comments on John's amazing trains asking after him.
The good news was that he did respond to some of the Triang re profiling wheel set questions just a few weeks ago.
However the latest new comments on his last video look pretty grim.
