I have one of these printers and it's simple and produces a quality print. Can't beat the price. I use the less expensive generic cartridges found on Amazon and it accepts them well. I cleaned the print head with a cleaning kit, installed the new cartridges and, don't know if it was necessary, didn't try the print quality immediately after reinstalling. Rather, I ran a head cleaner program which is found in the menu of the printer since there is residual cleaning fluid in the print head after cleaning. After doing this the printer worked fine.

Watched video, ordered kit from Amazon (1 day delivery). Followed directions on video. Installed new ink cartridges and printer worked fine again. Thanks for the video friend.

Hi there - This was very helpful. Do you have a video showing how to fix a TS6020 that keeps jamming from the rear tray? I am sure the rollers for that tray need manual cleaning or something, since the roller cleaning via the menu on the printer did not work. Thank you for your help!
