always awesome trail runs with you my friend! You C54-1 is doing good and I can't wait to see what you do with it. I need to get mine out and get some run footage. I have only made a few cosmetic changes so far.
At first I was about to leave the body as is, but I believe I will get wild with this one when I get some time to work on it! Thanks for watching brother and I hope you get some time soon enough to get yours out!
Hello James! Depends, for the money I like the wpl v3 electronics, as it combines a receiver/esc/transmitter combo. With a drag brake, sound module, and a very nice low control especially if you gonna combine it with a two speed gearbox. If not, you can always use a hobbywing 1060 esc but you will need a receiver/transmitter of your choice. Here is a link for the v3 from wpl www.wpl-rc.com/products/r-e-s-v3?_pos=6&_psq=v3&_ss=e&_v=1.0&ref=sccrawlers
@@JamesDirtRC you are welcome my friend. Take a look at my videos for the c24 or c24-1, both are using v3. The only thing I don't like about the v3 electronics is the transmitter, but I can live with that.
@@ScaleCustomCrawlers-SCC I thought while watching they seemed like a different rim style it just threw me off as I was internally like "hold on wpl don't sell nice rims like that 😅😅"

Awesome @@ScaleCustomCrawlers-SCC I will Check them out. Thank you.
Are these stock rims?
No Max, these are 3d printed by a friend, slightly wider than the stock rims. I borrowed them from my C44 Red Rusty for the video.

@@maxbuckley9762 Hehe.. If you can find your hands on a 3d printer, I can share the file I used for these.
@@softyan hey mate, if you don't mind, poke me either on Instagram or on Facebook(same name) so I could share the file.
