In Abuja and Lagos, transporters have hiked fares. While oil marketers insist that they are intensifying efforts to tackle the situation, there is dissatisfaction among citizens.

The U.S. national gas (petrol) reserve has an approximately 17 days capacity. And it will not be touched unless there's an absolute global collapse.
The average price of gas in a state like California has been around $5plush/gallon and has been so for several months.
