Dude you say the same thing everytime. Yes the quality is good, just say something else intead of cliche rubbish. Maybe something about the video content.
Guess I'm in the minority. The tour was excellent as always but the house was way to industrial and cold for me. Modern is my favorite style of architecture however this home manages to have a claustrophobic feel to me.
I agree, that bath is a disaster waiting to happen. And they didn't show the bar in the dining area. It has a sliding door, but if you want to access the bar that door slides and hide the kitchen completly... This house was built for "art" not for an actual livable home.
Thank you for another incredible tour, Enes! Long ago when your channel had only 50k subs I commented that this guy should travel the world to make his wonderful tours. And there you are! Always top notch, attention to details, soundtracks, camera work, everything! I wish you Enes, Mikey and the entire team all the best!

I love how you guys use the short little discussions/comments between you both to bring up some more unique details about the house, it makes some of the unique details/history stick out more and it feels more natural than just being a singular monologue of information!
The architect did an incredible job designing this home to fit this property. Love that all the bedrooms have an amazing ocean view. Such an unique home. Thanks y’all for yet another great home tour.
Without acres of property; with the views of the city and being crammed between two contrasting houses... This gorgeous, mind-blowing home is misplaced. The ocean can't make up for this.
WOW, incredible.... Love the design... Just looking at 21:14 on the cliff, just makes me think about all the videos where houses fall in the ocean.... Still very cool
The best rooftop deck you’ve toured, so far, Enes. Very special Blue Heron touch. Real “habitat for humanity”. Thank you, Blue Heron for leaving no stone unturned.
Love that enes went from 50k underrated house tourist to 2M and being the most popular house tourist in just 2 years, what a chad. Keep up the grind 🔥🔥
Westworld presents a dystopian future - this depressing house certainly was well cast for the role. To each their own, but I truly wonder what someone must be running from in order to feel peace living in a concrete bunker with all of the charm of a big-city morgue. And that bathtub - okay, that looks comfy...for Darth Vader perhaps.
I have to say that I completely agree with you. Although the house itself looks cool, it is definitely cold and soulless. And I don't even think Darth Vader could find that bathtub comfy. Plus it seems as though it is such a hazard it might have a higher chance of being someone's grave, rather than a bathtub.
I love it, it's modern and airy. It's a work of art. I go in some people's houses and they are so crammed with stuff, pictures, and random things scattered about, it gives me low key anxiety.
Looks cold; clinical no warmth at all the one bright spot .... watching Ines and Mickey doing their thing no one does it better. Love the camera work Mickey you never disappoint.
this is the most inspirational youtube channel for me on my road to wealth. i thank you for sharing visions of what i otherwise would not be able to witness (yet).
That’s pretty awesome, but $6k is totally out of my budget! 😬 I figured it be expensive but not that much. If I ever get one, I’ll definitely make sure to come back through your *link* .
I don't think that house is long for this world. That one shot of the cliff it stands atop screams, "landslide!" When it does, that house is gone (or at least the ground is that sits underneath it.
I really love, love that home! Love the concrete framing the home, stainless steel, brush nickel steel staircase, ultra modern, inside and out. I mean, whoa! 💖💖💖
Me too. There are houses at the cliff edge of an eroding cliff that hangs over a popular beach I go to in California and every time I am on that beach I regularly look up. I wouldn't be surprised if the homeowners are well aware that some kind of erosion issue under the house exists and they have to disclose that to sell the house in California, so that makes it very hard to sell, so they hired Enes to try to sell it to the world on TH-cam. My house is kind of near a nuclear power plant that's now closed and they have to tell people about this when we buy property. I knew of course but the realtor didn't actually mention it until we had had our bid accepted, then he pulled out all these warning we had to sign about the power plant, earthquakes, and other hazards. Imagine someone with 23 million dollars going through the whole house buying process then when they're gonna close the deal they're told the house might fall down a cliff.
So glad you did this house... Ive seen other videos and already within 23 seconds I can tell this is going to be WAY better... Props to you, Mikey and your team. You guys are on another level!
This mansion looks modern from every angle and every room is beautiful! The arc-shaped atrium is not difficult to reminiscent of the Iron Man's home! The living area with the open fireplace and the fire pits are EVERYTHING..cool pool and outside sitting spaces. The TV seating spot on the 2nd level is, well cute! The detached guest suite makes for a nice intimate hide away. Thanks Enes, Mikey and your team for showing those ocean views of California dreaming....

aww imagine a beautiful morning in this home, the husband making his morning and the wife walking up the stair with the two kids and the husband knocks up the knives with a stand from the kitchen shelf above. BEAUTIFUL.
Actually the property doesn’t look like a home; has so commercial taste and looks like an abandoned factory with that all steel and concrete.BUT; Architecturally, it is a masterpiece of art . One of a kind. So iconic. Great work!! I can not imagine how difficult must be to build something like this: so big and complicated; hats off to the all designers and workers👏🏼🏆👏🏼 And of course hats off to Enes and the all team too for this breathtaking tour and magnifique video; thanks all🙏🏼👏🏼🙏🏼❤️❤️
Ahh yes! Found my thoughts alrdy commented its exactly tht. So dead, so soulless....this doesn't give a living vibe this just feel more like a cold-military kinda stylish house lol. So full of ntn. Its a 100% no for me.
Great tour! As a designer, I appreciate the home from the artistic point of view- the styling is consistent through out the whole home and it feels deliberate in its function. Excessive design elements in most modern homes often appear to be included solely to justify the elevated price tags, but this home does not give off that impression. That being said, as a home owner, this house wholly disturbs me. It's the antithesis to my personal understanding of homey, it feels like a hamster cage of which the inhabitants will always be put on display, exposed to the outside world. From my point of view, it's a very odd stylistic choice for a home, it definitely takes a very specific mindset for a person to enjoy this home but I guess that is exactly who this home was built for.
I love the natural elements of homes like this. They too have an energy and a dynamic that most people are too programmed by Better Homes and Gardens to be able to understand. The lines and curves are sacred geometry and draw you though the home. Every new space is a surprise that sparks joy and delight. I love this architect! 🤗🤗
Cool futuristic house! I just fear that you can't save this home from falling into the ocean below. It's not about if it's going to fall, but when. People have died from cliff collapses in Encinitas. The sea cliffs are naturally eroding and all of them should be considered unstable.
I didnt want to comment anything. but I saw that part of the concrete of this house when they filmed from the sea, had fallen. That is nothing to put the house in danger though, but just made me wonder how long it would take.
I walked by this house in 2020 i couldnt stop looking at it. I knew this one was different n definantly stood out from the rest. Encinitas is an amazing spot too. Was out there 2 weeks ago.
So few of these houses are anything I would choose to live on. This is one of the very best exceptions! I applaud everyone associated with creating such a work of art. I also have to tell the owners how jealous I am! Being a California resident, and having literally seen buildings torn down because of their risk of falling into the ocean, I am concerned that this bluff is already undercutting the back yard space. i know you said part of it was cantilevered out over the edge, but I really wish you had talked about how this home is tethered to the edge of a sand cliff.
The insurance cost must beru high, nut if you can afford this house it wont bother you. But storms can tear those clifs to nothing the should buiild a sea wall.
As someone who has lived by the coast for over 30 years I would *_never_* purchase a property on the edge of a cliff. In fact I wouldn't purchase somewhere within 100m of a cliff.
Agree. My immediate thought at the first drone overview: this home at risk of collapse when that bluff gives way a few feet. Has that cliff eroded under the balcony edge already? I say this as it makes no sense to built beyond the cliff edge at some points. I was hoping for an explanation that would alleviate my concern. I noticed other homes along this coast were well back with what appeared to be significant retaining wall remediation to slow erosion, imho. The tour, lighting, design were all quite amazing. Not really my style, but, I very much appreciate the Frank Lloyd Wright nod.
I live right next to this house and the risk off this house in particular falling in a very unlikely due to it being set back and having a large seawall
I remember the live video of when you said that you were quiting, you all had us on the point of out chairs hoping that you would quit with the real estate. Well look at you now, the gamble paid off and you're making magnificent tours all over the world, the ammount of effort that you put into this video is just amazing, finding such a truly unique home. Excellent tour for definite!!
I have watched this 10 times now and still can't get my head around how beautiful this place is wow. I would faint just by being inside it. It's unreal
The good news is that when it falls into the ocean next year, all of the sustainable materials will provide a bizarrely designed haven for the ocean wildlife.
Easily one of the homes you toured I would LEAST want to live in... It really is a piece of art, though. I could imagine this being an incredible place to throw a party in the middle of spring with 20 friends for a weekend. Great tour of a house that's pretty to look at at the very least.
13:19 tell me your robot children wouldn't love running on that artificial grass watching TH-cam videos on their Virtual Reality devices while you sit back and pay $42,000/month to enjoy those Ocean views.....c'mon doesn't that sound just grand? Drinking your triple espresso at 6:48am before a crazy wild day at the computer screen??? You're already in it!!!!! WAKE UP!!!! THIS IS THE REAL LIFE. IT'S NOT JUST FANTASY!!!!!
this is my favorite mansion in the state of california, the person that had this built is a pizer researcher, very well built, i would never live here though, once the drought ends, this place is toast as it is sitting right on the edge of a landslide waiting to happen
The best architecture I've yet seen on Enes' channel. Far and away my favorite home. I'll be spending the next few hours digging in my couch cushions for a down payment.
This is the one! We have been watching since you were doing $5 million homes . I looked at my husband after this video and said I had nothing to criticize. He agreed.
High five Mikey!!! Got him to turn on the water. Love how u guys pointed out the neon sign but just glided by the painting in the guest room🤣🤣. I said it b4 and ill say it again love the exquisite houses and i get to visit on a weekly basis because of you guys. Appreciate the hard work in front and behind the camera keep up the good work!!!
21:59 I can just see myself tripping over those things and falling face first into a pit of fire, while being impaled on their points...only to eventually free myself and make a mad dash for the pool to extinguish my still burning hair, but instead plowing headfirst into those glass panels and falling headfirst to my death from the edge.
Just beautiful and futuristic, the triangle 🔺️ tub was over the top, when Enes said "Bro " I felt that. Wanna shout out Mikey for giving me a faerie's flight view of this home from a distance, just breathtaking.
I like the house. The angled sink in the kitchen looks cool, and I suppose it will never be used for more than a coffee cup and a spoon, and washing hands. I like the steel stair case and glass, but I don't like bare concrete walls, it's a step too industrial for me. The master tub looks uncomfortable, I doubt it will get used. On the West coast, there are (almost) never hurricanes to consider, so the frameless glass is possible. Can't have that in Florida, though.
Incredible house, however it's a bit scary being on the cliff as in the recent past there's been plenty of news stories about homes being destroyed as the cliffs fall
The view from the water clearly shows that this house, and the neighbor's will soon be losing their decks. Many feet have fallen in.You can see 2 feet of the dividing line concrete hanging out in the air where the 2 decks join, not to mention the area under the deck already fallen away.Maybe 10 years before the house is condemned.Enjoy.LOL.
Haha, I was waiting for Mikey to ask for the water to be turned on! Definitely the most unique tub I've seen. Thanks for bringing us our new favorite home.
Beautiful house & views . Unfortunately it's built on a bluff that is being eroded by the ocean . Parts of the concrete patio have already been exposed 3:40 & 21:12 . One hurricane & you could end up on the beach 🌊🌊. Mark (Toronto)
In California it would more likely be an Earthquake that did it in. But a tsunami could actually just continue right up those cliffs because there's little to no beach underneath.Start the video and pause at 1 second in, all the houses on the south (right) side are hanging over a severely erdoing cliff and there's no vegetation so its recent. On the north side it's more sloped with vegetation.
Thank you Enes and Mikey. Great presentation as always. Hey, if I'm ever in the neighborhood maybe I'll drop off a nice plant or two. Something alive and green would really spruce the place up.
Catching up on some of the videos I've missed, I've been watching this great channel for a long time! This one was fantastic, so interesting. Maybe moreso than Frank Lloyd Wright, it feels very inspired by the Lincoln House. Especially the curved wall and lack of door into the main bedroom and the overall concrete/brutalist aspect and some of the built in features. I highly recommend you look it up, there's a great TH-cam video on it showing all the features, as it was sadly demolished. I think it was first of its kind in the US. Honestly fascinating. Those cosy rooms at the end of the property on each floor really remind me of it as well. It was a completely concrete home but able to feel so cosy and warm and homely. The unique architectural lines, even the best angles ones, really remind me of some the principles they stuck to. Some real architectural genius going on, thank you for showcasing it in your usual effortless style. And really love hearing how much more confident Mikey has become talking in videos over the years! X
Fantastic House, incredible views This house beats description with it's futuristic appeal, totally in a completely different dimension. I am so loving it.
The only way to fix it is to flush it all away 🎸
I didnt want to comment anything. but I saw that part of the concrete of this house when they filmed from the sea, had fallen. That is nothing to put the house in danger though, but just made me wonder how long it would take.

That's a 23 million dollar fear. Don't worry about it.
поэтому он продаётся, что требуются каменные затраты на заднем дворе
I walked by this house in 2020 i couldnt stop looking at it. I knew this one was different n definantly stood out from the rest. Encinitas is an amazing spot too. Was out there 2 weeks ago.
So few of these houses are anything I would choose to live on. This is one of the very best exceptions! I applaud everyone associated with creating such a work of art. I also have to tell the owners how jealous I am! Being a California resident, and having literally seen buildings torn down because of their risk of falling into the ocean, I am concerned that this bluff is already undercutting the back yard space. i know you said part of it was cantilevered out over the edge, but I really wish you had talked about how this home is tethered to the edge of a sand cliff.
good to know and learn, appreciate the feedback!
As a german i see a lot of the Berlin Wall reused in this house. That could be much nicer ;)
I have watched this 10 times now and still can't get my head around how beautiful this place is wow. I would faint just by being inside it. It's unreal
The good news is that when it falls into the ocean next year, all of the sustainable materials will provide a bizarrely designed haven for the ocean wildlife.
Right? It's like the developer knew nothing about erosion and land slides
Very beautiful 😍😍
One of the coolest houses I’ve ever seen! A piece of art for a rock star
Easily one of the homes you toured I would LEAST want to live in... It really is a piece of art, though. I could imagine this being an incredible place to throw a party in the middle of spring with 20 friends for a weekend. Great tour of a house that's pretty to look at at the very least.
I feel the same. Too much concrete for me. Love Westworld though!
Perfectly said
A hide and seek party in this house would be amazing.
Definitely not a place I would want to live in, rather soulless actually! 😳
I'm always amazed at how you can go into these homes and give such detailed tours! It's like you've been in them 100 times. Well done!
this is my favorite mansion in the state of california, the person that had this built is a pizer researcher, very well built, i would never live here though, once the drought ends, this place is toast as it is sitting right on the edge of a landslide waiting to happen
I love your house tour videos.
This one was as best as the all your best tour videos.
The best architecture I've yet seen on Enes' channel. Far and away my favorite home. I'll be spending the next few hours digging in my couch cushions for a down payment.
it's a good one!
Best architecture? Jesus Christ...

Love your channel Enes! Keep it up 💗💗
21:59 I can just see myself tripping over those things and falling face first into a pit of fire, while being impaled on their points...only to eventually free myself and make a mad dash for the pool to extinguish my still burning hair, but instead plowing headfirst into those glass panels and falling headfirst to my death from the edge.
Natural selection...
I would love to see you have your own Real Estate Agency , you would make a killing considering the platform you have. Blessings!
Another great house tour video. Such a great channel :) Thank you Enes & Crew. Keep up the good work!
Thank you! Will do!
Wow, what a beautiful house. Well done chaps for another exciting tour xx
Appreciate your consistency and incredible production enes, keep up the great content
Thank you for the encouragement!
Just beautiful and futuristic, the triangle 🔺️ tub was over the top, when Enes said "Bro " I felt that. Wanna shout out Mikey for giving me a faerie's flight view of this home from a distance, just breathtaking.
Another AMAZING video tour. Not crazy about this house, but love your work. Great team you two.
Thanks! 🙏🏻
Yes,my first time watching.I like the channel.
I just loved the Drone shot at 1:06. Great as always.
Can't have that in Florida, though.
how people heat these houses? for exampe in my country, if you build house like these, it woul be impossible to heat or to cool the house)
@MysticalKO it is not about which technology is used to control the temprature, it is about isolation from outside temprature
Waking up in the morning and you see a Tsunami approaching hahaha.
Incredible house, however it's a bit scary being on the cliff as in the recent past there's been plenty of news stories about homes being destroyed as the cliffs fall
The view from the water clearly shows that this house, and the neighbor's will soon be losing their decks. Many feet have fallen in.You can see 2 feet of the dividing line concrete hanging out in the air where the 2 decks join, not to mention the area under the deck already fallen away.Maybe 10 years before the house is condemned.Enjoy.LOL.

very first thought that ran through my mind.
That built in tubs & fire pits was crazy! 👍🏾
Thank you Enes and Mikey. Great presentation as always. Hey, if I'm ever in the neighborhood maybe I'll drop off a nice plant or two. Something alive and green would really spruce the place up.
our pleasure!
Fantastic House, incredible views
This house beats description with it's futuristic appeal, totally in a completely different dimension. I am so loving it. Enes you and Mikey your Tours keep getting better and better, definitely with more innovative and creative concepts and ideas. The productions of each video are definitely on another level, more like the intro to a film production

Man the outside of this building looks LIKE A PRISON lmao how can you say omg such great design lol
It's called brutalist architecture, popular somewhere during 1920s to 1950s (approx) because they discovered concrete at that time.
