Hi there, can you please also explain about the exemption from the English test due to medical, mental health, physical health or dyslexia. what are the successful rate for this kind of case for spouse visa. While you have applied for spouse visa can you change to as a family visa under the rule of British child over the age of 7 years old. What are the fee? What happens if the partner is on a dependent visa for 4 years and the main visa holder gets ILR, should the dependent be converted to a Spouse visa and meet all the new requirements just for 1 year?

Does it need to be covering the whole 5 years till visa expiration? Or just 6 months from the date of applying?
