Stop giving out misleading information to people. Firstly, it is wrong to say one does not require sponsorship for getting a CSEP. CSEP is tied to your employer, and your employer must agree to you applying for the CSEP on your own. They should also be eligible to sponsor your CSEP, as it depends on their EEA-Non EEA employee ratio. They should provide all relevant information and the documents to support your visa application. All you are doing is paying the fees for the permit. So CSEP is still "sponsored" by your employer, but the visa fees is paid by you. You will have to remain with the same employer for a minimum period of 12 months. After 12 months, if you want to switch to a new company, the new employer will have to sponsor a new CSEP for you. Your last suggestion of answering "No" to the question "Do you require visa sponsorship?" is ridiculous. If you answer No to that question, it essentially means you have the right to reside and work in Ireland, which you clearly don't. So you are basically providing false information and lying on your job application.
Don’t forget about rent. It’s basically impossible to find a rent in Dublin. 2 bedroom houses or apartment starts from 2000€ a month and it’s a long process to find one. Keep than in mind

I have a query, my wife has got an offer letter from one of the registered sponsored employer in the healthcare sector in the UK and we are waiting for the CoS. So just wanted to confirm what would be the next step after getting the CoS ?

I have been trying to get a job and applying job more than 1000 times stills nobody is offer the job but they are willing to hire my self if i am in Ireland i so finally i decided to move Ireland first then i will find the job in that case how do i apply visa for my own.
