How was the customer service? Did you check in a bag? Were they strict with the checked baggage? What was the weight?

Hello Duane! Nope, with this flight, I don’t have check-in luggage. From my experience, they didn’t check my hand carry luggage upon boarding. I did the check-in online which means I could go directly to gates. But based on my long haul flight with Lufthansa, 23kilos is the baggage allowance. Normally they allow up to 2kilos extra on top of 23kilos but this is subject to check-in counter personnel + aiport where you are flying from. Hope this helps. 😊
