This is my personal experience that I have had, and I have lost year of my saving, I want to spread this awareness so that it does not happen with other people.

I went to their ghar mela and they gave me free site visit.. gave free haldiram sweets.. I didnt fell for it.. they took me to the site and showed the under construction apartment.. when I asked the structure plan they didn't had it.. 😂😂😂

Go with branded developers like prestige, sobha, brigade.. etc
Not everyone can go with Prestige/ Shobha etc. due to high cost of their flats.

Kannada local mafia is getting dangerous day by day, government and police should act fast and control these local Bangalore goons and rowdies, in Bangalore now a days everything become mafia , be it a real estate, or any other business, outside state people be very very careful with local Kannada mafia goons

A group of people were scammed, including me, while purchasing flat in bangalore. Basically the builder's sales guy who was 100% point of contact for the purchase of flat, showed some benefits if the money was payed to him in cash, few people even did online transfer. Later builder denied he had received any money, the total sum(including all people) was more than 1CR. The sales guy took the money and din't give it to builder, he said builder has not made any payment to him, if he pays he will adjust from this amount. Builder told he dint receive any money and dint want to pay the sales guy either and started sending legal notices for delayed payments. We approached police, but builder disappeared and came back after 3 months with anticipatory bail. Their aim was take it to court and waste time.
That sales guy was biggest conman ever i had seen in my life.
It was hard earned money, all gone, you have to be very careful specially in bangalore. Once money is lost, you will not gain anything , just lose more money and time, running around police, court and culprits.

@@hopeasha91 well they are not , they are not settling for free . They work in Bangalore and contribute to state government . They can speak in english if you want to converse with them . But you also can't force your language on hindi speaking people . And also many south guys are working in the northern part of the country as well . Rise above hate .

The “South guys “ who work in north india are forced to speak in Hindi or else they are made fun of for not knowing Hindi . But the same doesnt happen in bangalore to hindi speaking population. You can clearly see in the video everyone is speaking in hindi in bangalore. So whose language is being forced on whom .? Iam rising above the hate and demanding equal respect for all languages. Hindi should not be forced on non hindi speakers
