This made me feel poor in so many ways !!!!! I live very close to this property and had no idea how this property looked from inside until now!!! Its just spectacular. This is some motivation to live such a lifestyle. Inspiring in indeed

It sure is awesome but trust me, you don't need it! :)
There are many old hometour videos ...
Probably the best house on this series so far
So humble couple. This is truly living the Life King size. Inspirational 💯 Gives an idea that How fast India is growing 👍
Polite. Not humble.
Rich have always been rich. Bhikaris like u are suddenly exposed to their lifestyle due to social media.
in master bedroom, entire 1bhk of Mumbai will get accommodated :)
😂😂
Itna b Sach nhi bolna tha 😜
2.5 lakhs rent you can get 1500-2500 sq ft apartment depending on location in Mumbai.
One of the best houses covered in your series
Great video.
My man has two outside decks for a family of three. Amazing!!
Havent seen something like this. Excellent house and well decorated 😍
If someone can afford it, having a children's room is a game changer. i grew up in joint family and slept in whichever room i was at 10pm, with my parents, my Dadi, my bua so i didn't require a bedroom but had this room dedicated to myself for playing and study purpose. Not having a bed makes a room very spacious and I could always play with my friends there without making a mess in main living room, so yeaha win win.
Ur situation is in accordance to Bharatiya ethos and Sanatan Dharam.....the guys in the video imported Western Idea/values.......come on 4800 sq ft for a 3 head family......that's wastage of everything in India/Bharat.
@@LuciFur-dg5boInteresting observation
Difference between mumbai and bengaluru, there is one video in this series where a couple in Mumbai also pay 2.5lakh rent but there house is like 40% of this house area and size wise.
As many already said...the best house in the series yet. The background music in the end was really nice and matches with the luxurious house
A great episode as usual.
I have been following the Tenant for a very long time. I have nothing but praises for the series. However one thing that bothers me is that house help is completely ignored as if they don't exist. Even 5-10 seconds of screen time will make them super happy. Please consider this for your future episodes.
she didnt seem comfortable with camera. most ppl arent.
It's a good point. But it's not deliberate. Most often they feel awkward to be on camera.
yes, true. Its common to feel belittled. Would have been awesome if she was covered
Who cares dude, don't add fillers into the video please. It is great as it is already.
Stfu. We are not jobless to watch housemaids for entertainment
My yearly CTC is equal to their one month of rent even when we are in the same field.
Nice house, nice couple...
you will get their buddy
Most starters are within this bracket
Work smart and strategically invest in your career... you'll get there. All the best.
That couple must have been there a long time ago bro.
How much are they earning per year
Only today I saw a Total Environment project near Yelahanka. Was wondering how their projects are. This one is an Impressive project 👍
Wonderfully designed for all kinds of people. Beautiful and unique!!!
Best apartment ever in this show.
I have done my Engineering from Bangalore and subsequently moved to Delhi. But, I really liked Bangalore, especially the climate. Hoping to move back there very soon.🤞😊
The rent offers so much amenities.. Great place ..
Wow...feels like a dream house
the best house/community on this series so far
One of the best properties I have seen in bangalore.kudos .
Beautiful. Really give a feel-good factor. I hopr they have a happy life there.
I like the audacity of living the life as they wished.🎉
I am just 3 minutes into the video and this is an amazing apartment! Total Environment please come to Bombay and redevelop my society
This is really a quality luxury!
This is similar to an average size family home in suburban US, so it makes the transition smooth for the family involved. Beautiful property, one of the best so far 👍🏻👍🏻
4800 SqFt is considered big in the US too, not an avg home and in the east and west coast its huge.
@@vkchaitanya2003you may checkout house price to salary... usually 3000 sq feet is common across both coasts. In texas houses are humongous at affordable prices
It's definitely not average...
This is equivalent of upper middle class family home in a very good suburb.
@@iip8948 4.8k SQft is more than even UMC, that is just legit luxury home in US. UMC area would be more like 3k. And to have this in a big city, lol in SF/NC this would cost $30,000 a month or something ridiculous. You can't get a 500sqft nice 1bd in SF/NYC for 3k USD
It costs around 7 crore so it’s not ! Around 900 k dollar isn’t middle class
Mind blowing property
very beautiful house and building and also very sweet couple.
This one has an happy ending they have a mirror image own house that is fantastic ,
His den is servernts room which has a seperate entry exit is what i think.
I have seen hundreds of properties in Bangalore but this one is like "Wow". Nothing even comes closer to this. Truly a paradise. One more thing which fascinated me was the telescope. I am extremely thankful to Moneycontrol for giving us a tour of the house.
Inspired by seeing the couple
Total environment houses are undoubtedly some of the best quality and sustainable houses from any real estate developer in the country as all their projects come with a leed rating but they always charge a premium for the quality on offer which makes it really pricey.
Im glad this is in India and atleast some people felt they can leave other countries and live a life that is comfortable and convenient to them within India.
Kindly don't use backgorund music, if guys want to use please a mild one and at low volume !
Very true. Great comment.
Wow! This is pretty sweet deal for the price. Bangalore looks attractive if you can find a unit like this! 🎉
Damn, best apartment I've seen on this channel. 2.5L is so worth it for the size and interiors!
Beautiful property
THank you for your great content. One suggestion - in each video, could you also talk about the monthly maintenance fees? That would help prospective investors work out the math a little better. Thank you.
In Bangalore they range from 2 - 25 rupees depending on the apartment project. Total takes it on the higher side. This project could be somewhat in between...
Thank you🙂@@chandansatyanarayan2760
So u think someone who is ready to pay 2.5L a month and 6 month security deposit , one still needs a maintenance charge to decide to math it? You cant be serious about it
@@Vishalshabrait's still interesting to know how much maintenance TE homes get charged.
I think it would be around 15-18 k per month per maintainance .
Nice informative podcast for an appartment buyers...
Loved it ❤
Agarwals if they know anything in this world, it's how to make money
One of the reasons landlords are finicky about background checks in blr and high deposit maybe: 1. It’s the IT hub and that pays lot of money which is in circulation. 2. Rental and deposit amount also depends on the fixtures provided in apt which involves lots of cost on part of landlord. 3. Most of the people who buy nice apts as investment and let it out are not around in vicinity or even the city, so it becomes very difficult in startup culture to find out whether they will be actually able to pay up the rent hence so much background etc which might not be the case for regular jobs, regular married people, or singles(same genders) occupying on sharing basis,…as is shown in ur videos culture of blr has become bps progressive ,live ins, living with work partners and so but not most of the landlords are that progressive
Oh great justification.. believe you are also a landlord since you are supporting
@@457anand I suppose u r definitely not one ....and also lack empathy
@@sowmyaseshan518😂😂
V interesting and tastefully done up house. Points to note: 1. You didn’t show bathrooms and how many are there. 2. What’s the maintenance of apt and whether it’s included in the apt rent. 3. Whether there r houses of other dimensions in this apt…
Why not the work profiles discussed this time, last time that bragger kid got bashed
@sanjeevpandey2753 sorry what bragger kid... perhaps I didn't see that episode
I always see this building on my way and used to think about the rent as its stunning from outside. Doubts clear. 😅
What a steal for 2.4L. Beautiful!
In a town where 3bhks average a rent of 30-40,000 Rs, 2.5 L is considered Daylight murder not robbery. Most average people haven't heard of such rentals. But Whitefield makes you cough up so much plus Total Environment the builder sells at 40 % premium on flats in an already inflated apartment market at 50 % bloating. The house owner even after renting this house for 20 years wouldn't have cleared the loan while fully paying the rent to the bank.
@@chandansatyanarayan2760I rent my 1200 sqft 2BHK apartment in Varthur (way outside main city) of a B-grade builder for 50k a month. This is a 4800sq ft apartment with a top tier builder that too in a posh locality close to tech parks. Just considering that the size is 4 times of my 2bhk apartment, the rent is super cheap. This is also nicely furnished and probably the cost of the flat would be over 3.5-4cr making the rental yield within range of what other smaller projects offer. Everything is relative and if you look at that way, 2.5lakh rent for this 4800 sqft luxurious apartment from a tier 1 builder in city centre is a good deal.
Bro rent is 2.4 😂😂😂 it's not a steal
Lovely couple❤
2.5 lac per month is bonkers. But I was wondering what would be the cost of purchasing that apartment.
3-6 cr in that ball park...causse 4800 sqft plot in itself a huge money in white field
I have seen this property - one of the best by TE - this duplex is costlier than their villas : 10 cr ( villa circa 8 cr )
They were right, there will be only two classes, the Rich and the Poor
who are "they" ? are you bongoli ?
Best property seen so far on this channel.
Congratulations 🎉on your new home
Nicely decorated.
Felt like a home in a foreign country
Very true said.😮😮
Bro didnt even removed his shoes...i mean the wife gave a stare at start to his shoes😂😂

He says heard about windmill in usa and also says he moved to India in 2011. Project must have not started before 2016 as it was completed in 2022 only.
Windmills the project started in 2005
222 : One day I'll buy some premium houses like this one & live happily with my family 👪
Love to watch this video ❤
You should have asked tenant how much they paid for purchasing new one. Don't know why interviewer didnt asked them
TE properties here in Bengaluru is upwards of 4cr usually, guess this one is around that or more!
It’ll be north of 6Cr
This is approximately 9 Cr...
Considering around 3.5% rental yield, the price of the house should be around 8.5 Cr
there are villas in that property from what i hear that go upwards of 8 cr.. and bigger apartments which do too.. but an apartment of this size probably 6 cr resale price.. originally it would have been 3-4 Cr i think.
There is a part of me that wants to move to Bengaluru and live in such luxury. But reality is I am poor and still think Shillong is better to live as I had lived in Mumbai and Kolkata earlier too 😁
My salary is only 4.5 L pa 😭. I've never been to Bengaluru yet but I think I should visit this Christmas for a solo trip
I'm a local Bangalorean and trust me you're well off in Shillong. This apartment might seem superb and it is (probably the only builders who make amazing places to live) but the rents and purchase prices are insanely high. Lot of money also means tons of stress. So it is always a balance.
@@Whatreally123 Thank you. You are correct. I think we need to be happy with whatever we have and most important of all its good health as Indian health care system will suck all your money with one big illness. Wish India follows the European model of free(very affordable) healthcare to all citizens.
The things we own end up owning us. Live a simple life. They need to do a lot of maintenance for that house. Two house maids and a cook needed. Buy a property and land in Shillong and settle. Big cities are concrete jungles.
If you are earning 5l in shillong then that may be enough
Live in Darrang or maulinmong
Great property, great video
It was not wet or dry kitchen it was unsaid thing one was for cook to make food for family member other was owner to make food for family
Spectacular.
So this person bought the house next door from the owner who rented out to tenants already staying there. If they for some reason want to shift to their own house, they have to adhere to how long those tenants have to life or ask them politely to leave ?
Total environment flats cost a bomb too. 3.5 cr starting price.
It's cheap comparatively makes me want to come back to India ...could save so much
Beautiful
I wonder where do these people work? Maybe next time also add their LinkedIn profile in details section
😂
Yes. They should add that.
good suggestion,
what about traffic in whitefield? its like living in an island amidst traffic outside? just see 3 years down the water situation in blore and the traffic...by the way tomorrow is strike for cauvery water
Dont cry. Bangalore have enough water for future. Cauvery is ours
UTMOST HUMILITY! :)
I always used to wonder which is this place whenever I go through nice road. This gave me a clear picture to my future manifestations. 😂
he looks Harsha Bhogle without specs
Awesome home
Sir shoes can be removed outside I guess
Just a suggesstion
2.5 L is very cheap for 4000 sqft .. But many TAs are not properly maintained.
WOW I LOVE THIS HOUSE ❤❤❤
loved it
What a place, can fit an entire Zilla parishad 😂
Loved the video and the house. Was just wondering why did you show their house number? You basically gave away their full address, can that not be a security issue?? May be just remove the house number bit.
Because they will move out to a new house soon 😅
Also cover gurugram and noida
nice home.
just by a villa at this point you'll almost get it for free, whitefield bengaluru good area to buy properties right now
In this consumerist hell hole I sincerely wish more companies would adopt for fully remote work so that we can reduce the burden of living in this pot hole ridden, gunda auto-driver infested chaos of a city 😢. Pandemic already proved that remote work is possible.
Rent is actually quite reasonable considering the location and the apartment
Dream home
Every Tom, Dick and Harry wants to settle down in Bengaluru, citing opportunities, weather but complain about traffic, very well knowing they are one of the reasons for that chaos .. long live y'all hyp·o·crites
Please make a Video on Embassy Lake Terraces near Esteem Mall

FUNNY MAN. HE WANTED TO MOVE CLOSER TO HIS PARENTS, SO HE MOVED TO A CITY WHERE THEY DON'T LIVE! 😅😅😅
It is still 3-4 hours away instead of 24 hours.
But getting a job at the same level is also important isn't?
Such big house i could not see their parents. Most of present generation don't like to have their parents with them.
Who else spotted some IIM B Books in the office space 😜??
Is the maintenance cost included in this 2.5 lakh INR monthly rental price?
Bangalore is good, but water crisis...
But their US work experience did work for them to get the pay here.
can see why they were ok leaving the us for that home!
what does they do?
Costlier than a normal villa in Dallas USA..
There should be some government regulations in deciding the rent of a house or an apartment , as usually most of them end up paying more to the owner. It affects more the middle and growing up classes rather than the super rich.
Rent control leads to decrease in supply of rental units.
What they do to pay so much rent
Isn’t 2.5 close to an emi for this kind of a house?
This time you didn’t disclose their profession?
No water issue?
Who says welcome home to a guest?
