How many tickets do your company solve in team assurance

In 2015 I booked two plots one near Peenya and other near Bagalur and we visited the properties right after the bookings and came to know that these people donot own any of these properties . Immediately I called the manager and asked him but he asked me to visit their office in HSR layout, my friend and me visited their office and enquired about the same . They convinced me for another property near Kengeri but I did not agree for the same .I asked to return money and they said as per policy we cannot give you the money for atleast 1 year .I visited many times to HSR layout to get the money back but no luck and got to know that they have powerful political influence,I once visited and told them that I will come daily to your office and sit till evening in the reception area and can easily do the negative marketing to your company to all the customers coming in 😜.One day,two day and on third day they called me to talk to the higher management where they accepted to return my money back .I got my 8 L back in a week.In those three days I told to many customers that these people are cheaters and don't go for any properties

There are fraud agencies like Bharathwasi Property in Bangalore who scam investors from their money by showing properties that turn out to be disputed later....TOTAL FRAUDS AND 420! I am struggling to get my money back for 2 years from these frauds!!! Find reliable dealers for your investments!!!

A group of people were scammed, including me, while purchasing flat in bangalore. Basically the builder's sales guy who was 100% point of contact for the purchase of flat, showed some benefits if the money was payed to him in cash, few people even did online transfer. Later builder denied he had received any money, the total sum(including all people) was more than 1CR. The sales guy took the money and din't give it to builder, he said builder has not made any payment to him, if he pays he will adjust from this amount. Builder told he dint receive any money and dint want to pay the sales guy either and started sending legal notices for delayed payments. We approached police, but builder disappeared and came back after 3 months with anticipatory bail. Their aim was take it to court and waste time. That sales guy was biggest conman ever i had seen in my life. It was hard earned money, all gone, you have to be very careful specially in bangalore. Once money is lost, you will not gain anything , just lose more money and time, running around police, court and culprits.

I went to their ghar mela and they gave me free site visit.. gave free haldiram sweets.. I didnt fell for it.. they took me to the site and showed the under construction apartment.. when I asked the structure plan they didn't had it.. 😂😂😂
