Name of this shop is Ppalganshijang Pizza. The owner, who originally studied Korean traditional music, said he started making pizza for living. He once had great success in Hongdae area, but lost everything because of dishonest behavior of his employee and started a new store in the current location. Due to clean hygiene and good quality, this shop became famous already and the owner is preparing for a second shop near by. I simply went to take a video because it looked delicious, but I was able to hear the unexpected twists and turns of the life story of the owner, and it was nice to hear a lot of good words from him.
