The thing I have an issue with, and many may disagree is this: No one knows better than Robot. His lack of life experience and his broken upbringing lead him down roads that are often questionable but when faced with unexpected consequences of his actions, he is more capable than anyone to reevaluate and come to the correct conclusion all while reshaping his mindset and behaviors. In the Flaxan world, one could call him a tyrant, but by all intents and purposes the Flaxans ruling themselves was always worse. They were conquerors, warmongerers, all for nothing. While he may have had an authoritarian rule, he retained the loyalty of many of the Flaxan people and was able to take back power EVEN AFTER being overthrown. This implies that people got to see what living under his rule was like, and decided that it was better. More on that, if Robot ruled Earth, he likely would've been able to eventually develop society to a point where Security and Prosperity didn't actually need to be traded in order to have Freedom. The only thing that wouldn't be on the table for anyone, is freedom to rule. Freedom to rise to power. And isn't that okay? He was genuinely concerned with the wellbeing of those around him and in every case, he had good intentions. Being the smartest known individual, no one knew better than him and absolutely no one can with genuine certainty tell him that he is wrong. Guiding him, but not stopping him, in all cases would've been better. Advising him on the intricacies of a developed social psyche would've been wonderful, as it is one of the only perspectives he lacks complete understanding of... You know... cuz he's basically a super autist. MAJOR Autism Spectrum Disorder. Incapable of functioning normally on a social level but more than smart enough to make up for it. Anyway that's my take. Peace Peace.

if you think about it, she could be immortal by taking off the belt when she's maybe like 50 transforming a bunch of times till she becomes 20 or 30 again and use the belt again
This is why monster girl should take off every other ten years. Let her body age back up till about 30, operate for a few years as a hero back down till 16, then go on hiatus for a few decades again.
Monster Girl did clearly fuck up, but Robot literally went off the rails crazy by trying to be Doctor Doom. He even tore off Eve’s leg while she was still pregnant! Who does that?! Both messed up but Robot went overboard.

there is no cure, a lot of the main cast kind of gets brushed off as side characters later on in the comic. they're still important but kirkman mainly focused on space and the viltrumites later on
