I love my standard NR200. I built it back in 2020 with a Ryzen 5800x / ASUS B550i / RTX 3080 ti. The power supply is a Corsair SF750 Titanium, I know it seems a little small, pun intended, but I bet it would still be enough to power the RTX 4090 FE. It has an Artic Freezer II 280 AIO mounted on the side bracket, you have to take the screws out of the case that connect the chassis together to get it to fit, I also had to install fan guards to keep the aio hoses out of the fans. Anyway, this looks like a good upgrade to the standard, although I think I can get a RTX 4090 FE to fit in the bottom mount of the standard case, I'm willing to try! I check every day but they are still out of stock, maybe it will be a RX 7950 xt instead. Great review!

Not entirely sure what end it comes out of. They're really expensive cables tho. Like $15 a pop - but at the price of that board, they can certainly include a couple.

A few notes on the Nr200P MAX case. The case design itself is wonderful HOWEVER the included components are not great. First off Cooler Master had a faulty run of the pumps and they came to users dead on arrival (me included). They used to be able to send u a replacement but they ran out so you're forced to send the case back and HOPE that the next one works. Secondly be prepared to switch out the fans, they are garbage and tend to make odd noises and vibrations (Noctua is the only way here). Thirdly the power supply also is not without issues, the first generation had weird fan spike problems and the second does not have a fan off based on POWER, it's based on TEMPERATURE. That means the PSU fan will keep turning itself on for a few seconds and turning itself off ALL THE TIME as the temperature threshold is pretty low... Not to mention that if you want to get anything close in power you only have 2 options from SilverStone - 800W and 1000W and they are FAR from cheap. Honestly it would be great if they offered this case in this configuration (for top mounted AIO, vertical GPU) but without the included hardware because if you're picky and like to have a quiet setup you will end up replacing most of it :(
Idk what you're on about with the AIO fans. I literally switched them to the Noctua A14 pwm yesterday and they are louder, and I gained 0 temp drops. I'm switching back to the original fans tomorrow when I'm going to install my 4090 FE anyway and just throw the A14 into another build I'm making for my cousin since they will probably make more sense in there. Noctua is a great brand but they're getting way too much praise imo. Many other manufacturers today makes fans that are equally good.
And in your case it sounds like you're better off with the non MAX version, if you're going to swap out their parts anyway. BTW you can get a SFX to ATX adapter for this case so you can use a full size PSU.
I have this exact case with a 5800X and RTX3080 FE but I installed 2 15mm 120s on the bottom as exhaust fans with the airflow side panel. Both sides are intakes and top and bottom exhaust. Great airflow and I find more heat escapes through the bottom rather than the top.

@@botbeamer practical in that it's under half the size of my last computer. I built it once, I use it every day. You want something easy to build in, there are plenty of other options. You want something small with great temps, this will do it.

Nice case the MAX great solution for those who want things figured out for them but it isn't for me. The 200P is more my flavor. That 12vHPWR still has growing pains. Note on the O11 Mini in the background socked you didn't do the hard-line water build, you are a PCMR guy, Kyle! Did Lyle build that for you?
Hey buddy, crazy build! I have a quick question - I am curious about the lens on the sony seen near the end, the one that's filming the game play. Which lens is that? Have you ever thought about or have you ever done a video about your camera hardware? I'd love to see it. Also have you ever done any astrophotography or videography? That would be fun to watch too.
I’m not touching NVIDIA GPUs with a 3foot pole after that money grab attempt with not allowing DLSS 3. This just means that they’ll be more willing to disable more feature for 40 series when 50 series arrives, and 50 series when 60 series arrive, and so on. I get that it’s a duopoly and options are limited, but as long as one corporation is a little bit more user friendly, that’s where I’ll put my money. Unless ofcourse NVIDIA comes out with cards 2-3x better value than AMD, but I doubt that would happen.
I havnt build in the max version but even the plain nr200p case is legit. I used it for an uncle that needed an office pc he wanted built and it turned out great. Small size, fairly easy to build in and good ventilation and easy to clean dust filters. And I can fit some big ass cards in this case
To be fair, Nvidia never said the frame generation wasnt possible on older cards, and there is no reason to think the framerate boost would be any different because at the end of the day its still one generated frame between 2 regular ones. The real “issue” is latency, how long does it take to generate that extra frame in the older cards. I dont remember seeing any details about that part and given how much latency its already adding on 4000 cards, its really plausible that the older cards were just not cutting it
The main issue with this case is that they're never available at the $350 price they're supposed to be. But I was going with a less powerful build (12400f, 3060ti) so I didn't need the 850w or the aio anyways. But I love the nr200p design and the regular version of the case is well worth the low price.
I'm trying to go SFF for my next build, i'm glad to see that there are some being done but i'd like to see some builds using the larger 4090 cards as the FE isn't available for me in my country, and my only other option is the Suprim water cooled one which won't actually fit in many if any itx cases due to the large rad it comes with.
I currently have the MSI 3090 Suprim X which is the biggest 3090 card and it fits in my NR200P MAX. Getting my 4090 FE tomorrow and that looks way smaller.
Idk if I would ever buy this board, because of the inherent setbacks and price, but i love the engineering problems they attempted to solve to fix their own created problems. Really somewhat clever if not asinine.
Silly question, but since the ROG FPS-II Card connects with USB C which doesn't really care about orientation, could it just be turned 180 degrees to allow access to the SATA ports?

The problem with that case is availability and price. 🥺🥺🥺
Kyle, can you do a similar version with the 13900k instead for comparison? Thanks
Finally a proper first video about a tiniest case that has Ryzen 9 and specially 4090..... Ppl are not making video with 4090 in itx properly, after many research the guy with a blue 🔵 logo on his channel was the closest I got . But this is the most direct as it gets
I really hope Bitwit covers the NcaseM1EVO when it comes out, I would really like a full review of that sff case.

I was thinking of the exact same build. Looks like I'll have to try with a 270 degree SATA cable... If I can get a hold of a 4090 FE.
Not thrilled with crypto sponsors.
Love the small form factor content! Mushroom with atx mobo next please! 13600k plus whatever gpu you feel like!
you lost me at "blockchain" advertising
"If you want to build this exact system..."
Hey I did this for my HTPC setup. Great case.
Love the ITX content!!
Including an AIO with the case is just phase 1, by the time we reach phase 3 it'll be a case that doubles as a radiator - The Chassiator

My favorite SFF case. My wife has the regular version in Pink. I plan on doing my next build with this case.
Very nice, prob my next case but not comfortable with 90+ cpu temps, im sure tons could be done to lower this. Great rig!
Waiting for that 12pins cable to melt look at that bend! That is exactly what I was worry thinking about getting a 4090 into my NR200P Max.
I want to see custom pc cases. Different themes and modifications
I havnt build in the max version but even the plain nr200p case is legit. I used it for an uncle that needed an office pc he wanted built and it turned out great. Small size, fairly easy to build in and good ventilation and easy to clean dust filters. And I can fit some big ass cards in this case
I have several reverse 90 degree sata cables specifically for server stuff, but they work great in these applications where you need a reversed port.
There are 90° SATA cables with connectors that face the other direction, with and without the locking latch.
850w psu for 7950x and 4090, impressive. No need for 1000w atx psu and atx case.
Just picked up one for 279
I'm trying to go SFF for my next build, i'm glad to see that there are some being done but i'd like to see some builds using the larger 4090 cards as the FE isn't available for me in my country, and my only other option is the Suprim water cooled one which won't actually fit in many if any itx cases due to the large rad it comes with.
I already added the case in Amazon but we need some links , how ever the orange case is sold out in some places
Love this case. Thank you for making the vid
No cap. i thought this was a microwave video when I saw the thumbnail
wow you have a cameraman now. nice!
I don't normally, but thumbs down for that block chain bool sheet
Silly question, but since the ROG FPS-II Card connects with USB C which doesn't really care about orientation, could it just be turned 180 degrees to allow access to the SATA ports?
