@@TechMishka thanks for the reply! That's a good point you raised about the comfiness. I guess I will try it out when mine arrives. If it's finicky then it's time to find a smaller lens. Anyways, keep being real with your reviews, it's hard these days to find reviewers that give their honest opinions.
Do you think AI tracking is useful for orbit/panning style shoots? (I have no need for any other use cases of tracking) Moving in semicircle around the subject keeping it in the middle of the frame. Mostly I would like to know if the tracking is smooth enough (I've seen videos of generic tracking usage where the gimbal moves way to fast left and right) and if it can help in this kind of shoots or I should not choose a gimbal based on AI tracking only (again for my particular case)
Great review!!!! Can I ask you if it makes sense for you to replace the hohem M6 with this one in order to have more versatility? Or I'll keep the Ronin SC for my Sony
Nice review! I did notice starting at 8:10 your steps are showing up very noticeably on the lifeguard tower. The footage looks really smooth otherwise. Is this a problem with the camera or gimbal?
Hi bro nice video I'm going to subscribe!!! I gotta ask you a question, I'm about to purchase Feiyu Scorp or Scorp C and all of sudden this MT2 appear in my TH-cam wall which made me confused 😂😂...which one should I go for honestly! Since this would be my first gimbal.. I'm using sony A7iii with kit lens (28mm-70mm)... Appreciate your reply 🙏
I have a Sony ZVE10 and I can't make it face up on the vertical tilt axis (as shown in the brand's video tutorial) and second, when connecting the USB cable to use the gimbal controls, only the shutter works, but it doesn't work. does it zoom or focus or anything!! Can someone help me with this please, greetings
Why did the video have artifacts/jitter when recorded on the ZV-E1 and a gimbal? I'd like to invest into both and can't understand why it looked like cell phone shot (not talking about depth of field). Was it a frame rate miss match or were there too many stabilizer features turned on - IBIS, OSS, Gimbal? i.e. sometimes you don't want to use OSS when shooting on a tripod as the OSS lens motor vibrations will not get absorbed by a stiff tripod and it will actually cause the image to be less sharp... Anyway I hope that some setting just needed to be turned off, it looked pretty bad to a trained eye..
Try watching in 4K - should look better. I believe this has to do with TH-cam's compression. If it is a mismatch with frame rates, there usually is stuttering.
Yeah, you can do this. But if you have a full frame camera, you should seriously consider more powerful gimbals. Because you will for sure improve and look for bigger lenses.
So is there any other way to start the AI tracker outside of the handgestures? what if im filming boxers or motor/kart drivers for example ? orpretty much anybody whos hands are occupied
@@TechMishka The bluetooth controls compatibility list and instructions are here on the last page : storage.gimbalengine.com/app/pdf/iSteadyMT2-CameraControlCompatibilitylist20230607_EN.pdf
I bought this gimbal and it has Bluetooth. Bluetooth works perfectly with my Sony A7C. You can use start/stop recording, taking pictures and digital zoom with Bluetooth connection on the gimbal. The only downside: if you setup the A7C to work via Bluetooth Connection, it isn't possible to connect the camera simultaneously with Sony 's Imaging Edge to send the GPS Data to the cam
I love that you didn't oversell the gimbal. Do you think it can handle a A7iii with a Tamron 28-75?
thanks for the kind words!
It can handle it, but will be close to it's maximum payload, so you wouldn't feel that comfy.

Thanks for good review. Do you think MT2 can be mounted on a crane? Like that one "proaim 12 fot Astra" on Amazon?
Hmmm, I don't know about this...

I don't think it will be that smooth. The algorithm is developed to be good for people tracking.
Great review. Which mic are you using on this video? Thank you very much
It is a basic lavalier microphone connected to Zoom H1 recorder
Thanks for a great review. A very helpful presentation🥰
Glad it was helpful!

Keep the Ronin SC, it is a great one.
@@TechMishka Thanks so much 🙏🏻

I had to make the Ninja walk 😀 It is mostly me.
So the A.I. for auto follow will works with the DJI action 3? Let me know!
It works with any camera - it is independent module.
@@TechMishka Great! I'm purchasing now! Thak you for the fast reply!!!
I like the video. Is it still tracking you when you turn your back to the gimbal?
It is, yeah. So far it seems to lose me 1-2 timer per 10 attempts, which I believe is quite good
@TechMishka Thanks for information
Thank you for this video. Do you think it’s compatible with my Canon M50 using 16mm lens?
Yeah, it will be fine.
@@TechMishka Thank you!
Great for real estate doing video tours by yourself👌🏾
Definitely!!
Hello. This gymbal better than Moza Aircross S? Same price on my country. I can't use AI feature on my videos.
They are comparable. I really like the AI module on this one.
Is there a quick mount you'd recommend for a full size camera; I have no idea😮?
Yeah, I use PGYtech's snaplock ever since it came out.

They will all work. I did enjoy using the MT2 somewhat more
@@TechMishka made my day thanks brother 🙏
Is the Hohem iSteady MT2 going to be compatible with my Canon EOS 250D?
I believe it will.work with it. To be on the safe side, better check with Hohemtech's support
Do you think this would be good for tracking soccer games?
You have to keep the responsiveness levels at close to maximum values and it will be fine

The tilt is likely due to a balancing issue. As for the controls - better write an email to Hohem's support
I just bought this because it’s on sale. I’m wondering if this thing can carry my Leica SL2-s
Depends on the lens. I'd rather go for a DJI RS3 or similar in your case
@@TechMishka my lens is heavy too! Leica 90-280
This is a great review!
Thank you!
Does Lightening to USB-C Cable comes in the kit for charging iphone 14 pro max while filming with this gimble ?
Yes, my kit arrived with a lightning cable too.

is it possible carry zv-e10 with sigma 16mm f1.4 lens and rode wireless go ? still i am thinking between rs3 mini rsc2 and m3s...
Yes. He mentioned that at minute 4

Id like to see you create a in portrait mode using the ICP i have sonay a7iii and in portrait mode icp dosnt work
😕

It is the hands only. The other way is to use the smartphone app and use the tracking embedded there
@@TechMishka didnt even know that existed, that sounds awesome, coudl u do a video about it
I just bought the DJI RS3 Mini!!
Oh lovely! Enjoy having it
Good day sir,, hohem isteady MT2 it works to my Sony NEX-5T mirrorless camera thanks
It should
I want to buy a gimbal for my Canon M50. I had decided to buy the Ziyhun Crane M3S but now I don't now if I should go for this one
Have you decided which one to buy...?
Both are good options. If you film yourself and you have no operator - the tracking may come handy.
Does this connect to a normal tripod?
Sure
If doesn't have Bluetooth, to start recording you need to press record in the camera?
you may need to use the cable, it does have Bluetooth but not sure if for cameras... but it uses Bluetooth for the phone pairing
You.can trigger the camera shitter via a remote, or a smartphone app, if the camera supports that.
Bluetooth works with my Sony A7C
what arca swiss asessories have you or anyone purchased that fit this gimbal besides hohem acessories?
I only have plates
@TechMishka what brand? Generic arca swiss will not fit the top part of the dove tail hits.
@@TechMishka can you please point me in the right direction to find aftermarket plates ie. brand or website. thanks
Can it be used with dslr cameras?
If they are lightweight only.
do u have the xiaomi mi box 2nd gen?
I don't have it yet
Sony a7 m4 with sigma 85 mm lens load this gimbal??
It will be too heavy.
Thankyou❤
Most welcome 🤗
Nice gimbal
Yeah, I do expect to see.other brands borrowing this idea.
Does it suits to my lumix G7
Yeah, it will be fine.
Thanks
Welcome
Hi, i already but mt2 but why my gimball still shaking while recording
Likely not balanced. Or not calibrated. Carefully adjust it.
It does have Bluetooth to connect to cameras.
Are you sure? Couldn't find a way to do it, neither it was present in the manual.
