To some of the people making comments about the basil,cheese, small sausages etc it is rude to insert your opinion on the chefs cooking because you out to know the old saying “every cook has his own book”you may not use certain ingredients in your own cooking but it does mean that what he’s doing or using is wrong. You can cook your way let others do he same without criticising.

I liked everything except for the pesto sauce and mushrooms. I love every form of pasta. I prefer marinara sauce over spaghetti sauce, especially when it comes to meatballs. I’m not sure it’s the right choice for macaroni. I think spaghetti sauce goes better with macaroni than marinara. Just like meatballs don’t exactly go well with elbow macaroni, again just my opinion. I’m not a big fan of seafood with pasta either. I love shrimp, crab legs, and lobster tails. Occasionally I’ll eat salmon. Your video has made me hungry, now I want macaroni and spaghetti. The downside to all of this is I’m allergic to olive oil. Bummer.

L'aglio è tantissimo . in Italia non lo usiamo così, per 2 porzioni di pasta 1 spicchio che viene rosolato e poi tolto. Nessun Italiano mangerebbe mai tanto aglio I wurstel con la pasta MAI
do you see Italians making videos showing how to make authentic Korean or Japanese or Thai food in Italy... no. Why? Because we have food culture and respect other food cultures. it's too easy to say pasta and pizza and use the adjective Italian... doesn't make it original or authentic.
