That food looks so delicious. I love eggs and these awesome cooks use a lot of eggs. So, I stay hungry. Imagine how much better if you could smell the aroma. Mmm!

When I watch the eggs being broken I remember my mither using a separate container for each egg. This was in case there was a bad one which would spoil those already in the bowl

I wish I knew what kind of sauce they used... Some kind of sweet and sour, from the looks of it...
I think you should use whatever sauces you like on sandwiches or eggs….simple. Thousand Island, Nacho Cheese, Sweet n Sour, Mayo, Ketchup. And so on. Make up some scrambled eggs and try the sauces you probably already have sitting in jars in the fridge. Add buttered toast, and a crap load of cheese, and you’re all set. Oh, and I finally figured out it was sugar that got sprinkled on the buttered toast.
Now you just need the food truck or push cart.

Where is this Melrose restaurant that's on the apron? It's impossible to Google in the USA because of so many towns and streets named Melrose and restaurants using Melrose in their names. No matter what I tried, the Melrose Grill in Renton, Washington is on top of the results. Even when I added -renton -washington to the search. I assume the owner paid Google a lot for top placement in any restaurant search including the word Melrose.
Thank you to the cook who added foil to the grill, then the shrimp. Cross contamination from sea food is scary, and so is the food poisoning you can get from it, also.
