I just discovered all’Assassina last week and had to make it immediately 😆. It’s was great and have now been looking at different versions. I like this one I will be doing a tuna or salmon. Might even add some herbs or wine

Probabilmente buono, perche ho provato cualcosa simile in Assisi, anche: sempre facevo spaghetti del giorno primo(al dente) y lo messo nella padella per saltare, dopo metevo il sugo di pompdoro per esempio: ma il spaghetti in Assisi nuna dimentico! Anche Spahetta Alfredo in Roma fanno con parmigiano sciolto, anche duello pasta fanno senza seguire le regole, ma e molto buono! Salve
questi spaghetti sono molto diversi perche' sono cotti direttamente in padella e l'amido non si disperde, quindi hanno anche un gusto diverso dagli spaghetti saltati del giorno prima
Vivo en España y la verdad pienso que la comida Italiana y la Española son las mejores del mundo...👌🏻

You can make burned pasta in a
Fry pan or in the oven. A pasta casserole can by burned on the top. It comes crispy and delicious. I made it this way for many years and will keep on making this way.

why do many people here say that spaghetti is burnt, if you don’t want to eat it, dont do it,every nation has its own food culture, including if I don’t want to try chicken feet in the Dominican Republic, I won’t, and I won’t judge them.
