I live in this area. As children, our school classes did day trips to Williamsburg and Jamestown. We've never stopped being very fond of excursions to these places.
That is so nice! We’ve seen field trips and thought how wonderful.
Such an awesome place❤
It is one of our favorites for sure!
Fantastic video! I like the Palace the best, especially in the evenings in fall/winter. They light lanterns which makes it beautiful and kind of eerie
❤️ this video locations just like old movies set👍
Thank you. It is an amazing place
Beautiful video, colonial Williamsburg is such a great place to visit

Fantastic 😊
It’s a great place. Christmas is really beautiful. Thanks for watching
Nice work on the edits, and great choice for narration
Thank you. We are glad you like it. And the narration is something new for us so we went with a pro
The trade shops are my favorites! I think the interactive programs, and the Brution Parish Church are a must see!
The trade shops are so nice-agreed. And Bruton Parish is one of our favorites, especially for the concerts they occasionally have in the evenings. Thanks for watching.
Love it there. We were lucky, the reenactments of the revolutionary war. Old military tents set up. Troops marching. I got some great pictures.
Visit it, a great trip.
Awesome! They do such an amazing job making you feel immersed in the time period.
The church where Washington went was a must see.
Agreed. We did a video on the Bruton Parish , hope you will check it out
I went there as a child and I remember a maze made up of hedges. I wonder if it is still there. I think it was behind the governors mansion.
@@mammabear2183 yes you are right. It is still there! Very neat
What do you have for handicap people (wheelchair)
Most places are accessible to a degree. The houses do not allow wheelchairs inside but yes to the grounds and the art museums. My mother in law uses a scooter but usually leaves it outside the buildings as she is able to walk short distances. Push wheelchairs can be a challenge as some areas are gravel.
