Purchased 3 tops and 4 frames from you since 2020. Everyone in my house has a desk.haus desk. The quality, service, and attention to detail is awesome,. The one time I had issues with some columns, it got addressed asap. My immediate go-to recommendation for a desk. I'm at my Vertex Pro easily 70-80 hours a week, and love the thing. Looking forward to grabbing the new control box for it once you're all ready to release it.
The last point is tricky as I've found it's more subjective, especially in regards to age. Younger people understand and agree with you, but older people don't think that way. A phone call is considered a professional courtesy to them. I was just inquiring quotes from a wood slab manufacturer for a tabletop, and the owner basically refused to talk to me over text. Ultimately, he just left me on read without answering a single question or giving a quote. His loss ig 🤷

I hope that everyone watching your videos puts themselves in your place to understand how complicated it is to have a first rate American made product, and maintaining excellent customer service. Your involvement and level of caring is exceptional. I really love my Deckhaus standing desk. I'm going to say this is the best in the industry, well worth the money.

Really nice desk…ONCE ITS TOGETHER. Installation was an absolute monster. They provided you with the cheapest screws in the world. Even with the allen wrench they provided, I stripped every single one of them. I had to go out and spend $50 on new screws/bolts to replace all their cheap ones. Then, there was numerous spots, like the bolts connecting the long cross bar, that I go my wrench stuck in multiple times trying to get the bolts in. To finish it off, the instructions on the site were good with telling you what screws/bolts and so on you needed for each task, but it extremely lacked explaining how to perform the task. Then the youtube videos from the guys at DeskHaus really screwed me over big time. The guy was drinking and drilling. He didn’t explain any single thing he was doing. And then once I got to the end and thought I was done. He explained that he messed up and you should not have done it the same way as him. The VIDEO WAS 30 MINUTES long with 2 separate parts. How ON EARTH do you, as a representative of the company, post a video for instructional installation purposes, that is not what you should do! All you had to do was edit the video! Just super lazy and lack of appreciation for the customers who spent $2200+ on their desk.
@@wewlad107It is absolutely not a bad batch at all. The company just cheaped out on screws. If they spent 1 dollar more on the screws for each desk I would be a super happy customer. Instead, I won't buy from them again because that was ridiculous. When you pay for the luxury of a $2000+ desk, I expect everything to go smoothly and not have to run out to home depot to replace the screws for extra money and inconvenience because they wanted to cheap out on screws.
Watched the whole thing in two parts. Has to pack and travel day of release so couldn't watch in one sitting. I appreciate the insight into the company. But also fear it may be a double edge sword. Bummed to hear about the rejects on tops and vertex. Keep up the good work.
