    I just purchased an Apex Pro even though I was in the market for a $100-$400 standing desk because I saw all of your organic marketing on Reddit/TH-cam and thought it was a better product then what a lot of the bigger guys offered. I hope I made a good decision and I hope you keep the customers best interest at the forefront of your company. I agree with you that it will pay in dividends further down the road, but those same big companies you rip on started off just like you so I hope you don't end up like them! I'll probably never buy another deskhaus product for the next 20 years if the apex pro lives up to the hype, but that doesn't mean you won't make more money off of me in the future via friend referrals. Make a good product and stand behind it after a purchase is made and I have no doubt you will be successful.

    Great video. I really appreciate these comparisons and would love to see more cost breakdowns to show where the money is spent on quality

      I can’t be sure on cost breakdown but I know prior to covid. The really big customers pay close to half what I pay for product. 100k units a year gives you a lot of negotiating power. Again, that’s half the price but not the same base.

    I dig the business model and transparency on TH-cam.
    Just finished assembling the Apex I ordered over a month ago. Comparing it to a Knoll C base it's significantly more stable. Though to comment on the electronics it slower to respond to input.
    Keep it up to good work. I'll come around to buying an apex pro someday. Seem like it would make a neat workbench.

      I just ordered an Apex 2 leg a few days ago, should arrive sometime today. I would have opted for the Pro, however Chris mentioned on Reddit he plans to update the Pro sometime in the coming months to improve side-to-side stability, so I figured I’d wait for that. But in the meantime, I need a frame and the Apex seems solid enough, and the desktop I’m building is only 56” x 28”
      How is the stability while sitting? I understand 2 legs aren’t the most stable at the highest position, but I’m only 5’8.5, so I can’t imagine stability could be all that bad at the height I’d use it while standing.
      I only ask because there’s only so much info online about this frame.

    Absolutely love your videos and your product (especially the Apex Pro), however, I just wish your company would respond to requests for more information in a timely fashion (or at all). It is clear that your products are either on par or superior to other vendors but due to the lack of response, I can't help wondering what your after sales/service level would be if I were to make a purchase. You have highlighted that you use the best possible components available in your products which I think is awesome but why then would you only provide a 1 year warranty (electronics, etc) where others offer up to a 15 year warranty. It suggests that you don't have a lot of confidence that things other than your frame, will last very long. These types of desks, especially the good ones like yours, are relatively expensive and consumers like myself want to know that if something were to go wrong, you've got our backs and are going to provide a support experience that rivals others. I have not got that from your videos yet nor from the lack of response and hence why I have been hesitant to purchase which is a shame. Perhaps you may want to consider a future video that talks specifically to your service and support levels and what consumers should expect from Deskhaus.

      We offer a one year warranty on our electronics like the Byrne 3inone because that’s what they provide. Our desk frames have a 20 year warranty that includes everything. If you google fully, Herman miller, or any other company that carry Byrne product. You will see the same one year warranty so I’m not sure you are reading things correctly.
      I guess you’d just have to be a customer to know our after sales support. I could just show you this customers response time from an hour ago.

      @@Deskhaus Thanks Chris....my comparison was between your product (specifically the Apex Pro) and the Uplift Desk V2 commercial which are my narrowed down selections. From what I have seen, the Apex Pro appears to be the better, more stable product albeit it has 4 legs versus 2 but admittedly, I don't know what specific electronics Uplift uses but they do offer a 15 year inclusive warranty (frame, electrical components, etc) which to me, is comforting to know when spending that type of money. Anyways, all the best and keep up the great work.

    • @Deskhaus
      @Deskhaus  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@brianj2029 Again, it appears you read the warranty incorrectly. It says 20 years: apex, vertex. No where on our actually warranty page does it say otherwise. Perhaps you are confused because other companies feel the need to separate them. We don’t. We are selling complete frames. We don’t sell motors/electronics separately so it doesn’t make sense to warranty them differently.
      I hear your words, but please take the time to read all the information supplied on the website. Your questions would be answered. I am one guy and only have so much time in a day. My primary focus is customer orders or making sure current customers are handled. I do not have the social media team of a hundred million or multi billion dollar company like some competitors
