Doris Roberts Everyone loves Raymond EG Marshall - Creepshow, A episode of Christmas in Tv Series of Tales From the Darkside. Eddie is in movies too i forgot which ones Randy Quaid or so spelled. The Aunt she does Betty Boop cartoons!
This was one of my uncle’s very favorite movies. When he passed away in 2019, after his funeral, we had a big lunch with the police department he was employed out for over 20 years. One of the officers got it on the chair and asked everyone to say a blessing. Then they reenacted this scene. It was beautiful. 😂
33:36 - Clark's boss is Brian Doyle-Murray (Bill's older brother)! He also appeared in a movie called Groundhog Day with Bill and many other movies along side his brother.
Bryce is all of us as we watch this movie. Every scene is a classic. - Cousin Eddie is wearing what’s known as a Dickey underneath his sweater. Great look. 😂 - The Marty Moose eggnog glasses are a great callback to the first movie. I don’t know what to say, except it’s Christmas and we’re all in misery. Great reaction, guys!
These guys are super stupid….”did she know… she was turning in the lights “ ?!? YES!! Yes!! She knew dumbasses!!! Hence the look on her FACE!!!!!!!!!! ❤️🙄🙄
Luckily we had a little bit of extra freedom in that class. Kids were doing Robin Williams sketches, Ron white, it was crazy lol I did get pulled aside later by my teacher and got told as funny as it was, next time try to find something with a little less profanity lol
Aunt Bethany was played by Mae Questel who was the original voice of Betty Boop and Olive Oyl and reprised the role of Betty in Who Framed Roger Rabbit.
I grew up watching this movie as well. Every Christmas we would watch while decorating our tree. Bryce loved your smile throughout the whole reaction. I can tell you love this movie as much as me. So happy you guys watched this one!
When I was a kid, i did in fact hold the stapler for my step dad while he put up the lights. It was that exact stapler and it was literally in like 2009--
Idk how to explain it, but Chevy chases absurdist, “putting myself in an idiotic position” aged so well lmfao. Even the regular vacation movie really holds up
I gasped so hard I couldn’t breath for a second I’m not even joking my mom showed me this movie when I was young, and I fell INLOVE this has to be the best Christmas comedy ever. I love Chevy Chase he doesn’t get enough credit for his movies they are pure comedy and hilarious I’m so happy you guys reacted to this, and enjoyed it lol you guys are just adorable love the channel.
It's easily the best to me, and I've watched it and A Christmas Story every year since 1990. My dad actually grew up 4 or 5 houses down from Ralphie's house in Cleveland.
@@clevelandcbiwow that’s cool he actually lived near the house, and same my mom showed me this movie when I was in my early teens it’s been a tradition for us to watch it when December roles around plus this is when comedy could be comedy Chevy chase was a master at family comedies.
I hope you watch the FIRST Vacation movie from 1983. Christmas Vacation is the third sequel. The second sequel European Vacation is great too, but the First and the Third (this one) are the most iconic ones out of the series.
Glad you didn't mention the Vegas one. One of the biggest letdowns I can honestly remember. Saw it once, gave it a few years, then gave it another chance. I swear it got worse😢😢😢. Jmho
Hang on a second, now. If you want to say that you don't like Vegas Vacation because of how much more of an ensemble comedy it is vs the other three, okay fine; but Vegas Vacation is actually a (stealth) teenage party movie where everything ultimately works out for the teen with no immediate consequences. That's how it works if you try watching it again.
It's very hard to find a comedy movie where my father actually laughs. But about 25-30 years ago, my father watched this movie with my mother and her parents, and they got to witness him rolling on the floor laugh-crying to this movie. It has become tradition to watch this a week before Christmas
LED Christmas lights completely changed the game in a good way. I remember my dad just sadly staring at the meter while it spun at high speed as a kid. 😂
I watch this movie every year. It’s my favorite Christmas movie and probably one of my top favorite movies just in general. I’m with Bryce on the nostalgia, it’s the best.
When you guys said that guy looks like Bill Murray...I laughed so hard knowing its his brother! Lol. 😂 This is such a classic and a staple every Christmas!
Guys, it sounds like ya'll need to watch "Vacation". Then you can understand why it's such a comedic record scratch when Cousin Eddie just pops up in frame.
I agree I watched this one for the first time on my early teens and my mom was like you need to watch the first one and I was like “there are MORE?” these are such a fun family comedy lol
This is my favorite Christmas movie, it is so nostalgic for me as well. My mom and I would watch the VHS tape and would quote it the entire time. My mom is no longer with us but every year my family and I watch this movie and it is extra special because it reminds me of my mom. I am loving your videos this month. Thanks for reacting to such a great classic!
What Eddie is wearing is called a Dickey. You wear it to make it seem like you're wearing a turtleneck. Eddie is wearing a black one under his white shirt😂😂
One of the first movies I remember that featured a Rottweiler. They basically eliminated the Doberman from popular culture. Bigger, stronger, and basically no neck to grab onto lol.
Top three Christmas movie in my family, literally just sent a voice note to my cousins saying “Is your house on fire, Clark? Is this the airport, Clark? Don’t throw me down, Clark!” 🤣
Aww... come on guys, now you have to watch the rest of the films in this wonderfully hilarious franchise: Vacation (1983), European Vacation, Vegas Vacation, and the requel that focuses on Rusty and his family, Vacation (2015).
This was a throwback guys, hope you had fun! Chevy Chase was SO popular at this time. Can compare his career to maybe Adam Sandler or Andy Samberg where he shined on SNL but had success for years after. He wasn't without controversy, but definitely made his mark in comedic acting.
This is one of the funniest chaotic family comedies of all time. But I can see some of the faces of the 3 people reacting (left and center) looking like they're watching a deadly serious movie. The movie is 93 minutes long, about 90 minutes of those 93 minutes are unbelievably funny scenes. How can you look serious even once?
Love how into this reaction Bryce was and saying this is the movie his family watches every year. It was really sweet. For Rob and Zuff, do you have any Christmas movies that you watch with your family every year?
This is my absolute favorite Xmas movie. It never gets old. I’m just going to leave my weekly plea for Good Omens here. Thanks guys! Btw “the old guy” Chevy Chase was an original cast member of SNL. Lol
I remember when my dad showed this to me and my sister for the first time, he'd always look at our face right before a funny scene because he knew the exact moments we'd laugh✨
I have been waiting for this reaction. This is my favorite Christmas movie. I am just like Clark Griswold. I definitely over decorate and try to make everything perfect for Christmas. Two little fun facts, the scene at 23:45, the director just told them to casually put things in the cart but Chevy Chase and Dennis Quid started to try and one up each other by putting bigger and bigger bags of dog food in the cart. The director liked it so much he kept it in. Also, the rant Clark goes on @ 30:22 was mostly ad-libbed. Crew members had adjectives written on cards that Chevy Chase could see and he just went with it. Thanks for the reaction. Like Bryce, I just smiled the whole way through.
Thanks, Zuff! Thanks, Rob! Thanks, Bryce! ☃ Shout-out to director Jeremiah S. Chechik. ෴ Did y'all know the old aunt who said the "Pledge of Allegiance" was portrayed by Mae Questel? She was the voice of animated juggernauts 'Betty Boop' and 'Olive Oyl' from the 1931 through 1988.
Love this movie; nostalgic for sure! 😂 I watch this a couple times every December. Cousin Eddie and the family dinner scenes are always hilarious. Like Bryce I grew up with quotes from this film. The music will always be on my holiday playlist. 🎄✌️

reaction to SKAM norway plisssssss
The reason why Bill Murray's brother look like Bill Murray is because they are brothers.
“I pledge allegiance to the flag…” will never NOT take me out 😅😂
"THA BLESSINNGGG"
I'm not American but that's patriotic 👍
This was one of my uncle’s very favorite movies. When he passed away in 2019, after his funeral, we had a big lunch with the police department he was employed out for over 20 years. One of the officers got it on the chair and asked everyone to say a blessing. Then they reenacted this scene. It was beautiful. 😂
I use to rewind the VHS of this movie at that part so much as a kid and die laughing each time 😂
Aunt Bethany is the best😂😂
"Looks like an older Bill Murray" LMFAO.. Well... that's because that actor is Brian Doyle-Murray Older brother to Bill Murray! Sooo funny!
Bryce having the cutest smile the whole time, this movie is such a classic
i love that rob constantly has to cover his face to avoid the awkward/uncomfortable scenes 😂
The way Bryce's face lit up when Eddie arrived XD
All 3 guys cracking out the national anthem had me absolutely LOSING it!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
33:36 - Clark's boss is Brian Doyle-Murray (Bill's older brother)! He also appeared in a movie called Groundhog Day with Bill and many other movies along side his brother.
There's also younger brothers Joel Murray and John Murray who were both in Scrooged with Bill.
My favorite roll of his is Wayne’s world.
He was the boss of the caddies in Caddy Shack.
Don’t shoot me but I never knew that I was also born in 99 and my mom had to show me this movie on my teens lol
I didn’t know he ws actually his brother!

I've had that *"Hallelujah, Holy Shit!!!"* rant memorized since I was 9😂😂😂
Where's the Tylenol
This is my mom favorite part I couldn’t comment everything he said she loves that whole rant 😂 she can say it word for word
Did the rant in my theater class in high school, my theater teacher was cracking up and my class looked at me like I was nuts 😂😂
NO WAY you did that in school?!
Luckily we had a little bit of extra freedom in that class. Kids were doing Robin Williams sketches, Ron white, it was crazy lol I did get pulled aside later by my teacher and got told as funny as it was, next time try to find something with a little less profanity lol
"The little lights are not twinkling."
*"I know, Art. Thanks for noticing."*
- I swear everyone knows an Art
Literally my father in law 😂
You all have to watch the original National Lampoons Vacation, you’ll get more backstory on Cousin Eddie!!!
Aunt Bethany was played by Mae Questel who was the original voice of Betty Boop and Olive Oyl and reprised the role of Betty in Who Framed Roger Rabbit.
oh wow! i didn’t know this!
@@rosyellis14 Her husband in the film would go on to play Dr. Finklestein in Nightmare Before Christmas.

My family has seen this so many times but only a few years ago did we notice the in-laws show up like ten days before Christmas. Absolutely crazy!
Hearing Chevy Chase identified as “the old guy from Community” just made me feel like a relic. I’m gonna go rub some bengay on my joints.
Right!!! I'm like dayuum 😂😂
I guess it's time for my Metamucil. Jeez!
I know lol. I feel incredibly old now.
Just remember there's a fine line between rubbing lotion on yourself and rubbing yourself with lotion.
we still staple our lights when we put them up! it’s the best way to makes sure they stay secured once it snows heavily lol
We do it when putting ours around the door frame. I thoughts that’s how most people kept them on the house
When I was a kid, i did in fact hold the stapler for my step dad while he put up the lights. It was that exact stapler and it was literally in like 2009--
Julia Louis-Dreyfus is famous for having played Elaine Benes in "Seinfeld".
I’ve watched this movie every year for like my entire life 😂 I’ve got most of it memorized at this point. One of my favorites!
"Looks like old Bill Murray"

My Dad used to put up our Christmas lights like Clarke, with a ladder and a staple gun. We didn't have quite so many though 😅😅
Bryce smiling when he opens the jelly of the month vs Rob looking like he's about to cry 🤣🤣🤣 I had a smile on my fave for a solid 3 min straight
This has always been a Christmas classic in my house. My dad plays it yearly and we laugh the same each time. It is GOLD. 🤣♥️

The guy that looks like "old Bill Murray" is Bill Murray's older brother. lol
it's funny how american Christmas films and cartoons shaped my childhood in the 90s. and i grew up in asia.
Cousin Eddie was introduced in the first National Lampoon's Vacation movie, as Helen's cousin, and reprised his role for this.
Little fact for you guys.. aunt Bethany is the voice of Betty Boop from the twenty’s cartoon…
Idk...they couldn't place Julia louis-dreyfus and Chevy chase is the "old guy from community " do they even know who Betty book is?😂🤔🤷♀️
