2 fresh blue warehou or fish of your choice
1 onion (chopped)
5 ½ Tbsp. recheado masala*
2 Tbsp. tomato ketchup
1 tsp. sugar
cooking oil
salt to taste

Hi Fatima, I would like to make this recipe but don't have the same seafood as you here in the U.S. Could I use this recipe with a thick piece of fish and cut a pocket out of it? We don't cook a whole lot of small whole fish here. Thanks!!

is it necessary to saute the onions, add vinegar, salt again. because i add vinegar, salt, oinions while grinding the rechand masala
