    2 fresh blue warehou or fish of your choice
    1 onion (chopped)
    5 ½ Tbsp. recheado masala*
    2 Tbsp. tomato ketchup
    1 tsp. sugar
    cooking oil
    salt to taste
    semolina (for coating)

    Hi Fatima... thanks for the recipe.. surely my favourite. is it necessary to saute onion...masala.. ketchup if using readymade reachado paste

    Hi Fatima, I would like to make this recipe but don't have the same seafood as you here in the U.S. Could I use this recipe with a thick piece of fish and cut a pocket out of it? We don't cook a whole lot of small whole fish here. Thanks!!

    is it necessary to saute the onions, add vinegar, salt again. because i add vinegar, salt, oinions while grinding the rechand masala

    after putting the masala should we keep the fish aside for some time like one hour or half an hour? or just go ahead with the frying?
