Hi Wendy, I was looking for the recipe for Rechard, and I made it following your recipe. It turned out just the way my Mom and Grandma made it. Thanks so much for sharing the recipe. I prepared fried pomfrets using the masala and we really enjoyed them. Thank you!
Wow the recipe it too good. Just came across it today and tried it. It came out so good. Feel like i am in Goa having recheado masala fry fish. Thanks for the wonderful mothwatering recipe. God bless you sister
Yes !! Thanks a ton for sharing the go to recipe for every Goan 👌 I fondly remember stuffed pomfrets & the most delicious shrimps . Perfect to make a big batch for a quick meal anytime . 🌸💕🌺❤️
These masalas were prepared by my mom, grandmom, great grandmom, great great grand mom and more. These recipes have come down for ages from our generations and there is nothing new in this. All Goan food preparations by everybody is the same in every house, nothing new. Every body knows about all this by heart. Something new, a new creation can be shown. Our Goans do not need to see such videos to prepare food at home or for occasions.
Friday reminds me of Wendy, When she appears on YT with a Recipe. A mouthwatering Goan Masala, Tickles the nostrils with it's aroma. Well demonstrated and explained, My heartfelt thanks and compliments ❤❤
Looking forward to trying this recipe. I need a spice grinder like yours for dry and wet spices. I like how you ground the spices n chillies and then added the liquid with the garlic and ginger. Where did you get your grinder? I need to get one. Please let me know the brand. Thanks.
Nice!!! I have found apple cider vinegar comes closest to taste and flavour in comparison with Goa vinegar...Anyways Viva Portugal Viva Goa as Rechado means stuffing.
Recheado masala wow thank you wendy I was looking for it as a goan myself I didn't get to learn the recipes from my extended fam ,also you're biryani is a hit in my house I've made it thrice so far and they turnt out just like yours thank you wendy have an amazing day and weekend ❤
@@PlatinItWithWendy that's nice of you. Fantastic reply, so you are uploading in only Indian language, isn't it? Of course since you are in Indian you have your rights, but do not say the cuisine dish is Goan. Sorry to say but if you are doing Goan dishes and you are Goan, Goa which existed 450 years before india came into existence, then use our Konkani words only. If not.....sorry, I will get after your Konkani and your videos even though you may block me, though I like your preparations, I can say if you are living in Goa be a Goan and use Konkani words instead of the indian words. Our Goan Hindus who show their talents on TH-cam, they use purely Goan words, but our Catholics are the ones who destroy our mother tongue KONKANI, one of them is you. Sorry to say that even though I like your cooking. and by the way all Goan food is cooked the same way since ages, you are not cooking something special, but sometimes some people fail to give out good taste. So do not think you are showing your own recipes here. These are Goan recipes by birth and not created by people anew. SORRY WENDY I HAVE NOTHING AGAINST YOU ON PERSONAL LEVEL. Since you are on public platform, you have to accept everything said by people except bad words and too much abuse.
