Do try taking a whole onion on a fork . Roast this . Peel n add to the masala with the garlic ginger etc....Wendy pls give this a try on your next batch
I prefer making it the way my mother and grandmother made it without the roasted onion as it has a longer shelf life. We add the onion when cooking😊

Nice!!! I have found apple cider vinegar comes closest to taste and flavour in comparison with Goa vinegar...Anyways Viva Portugal Viva Goa as Rechado means stuffing.
