Love this! ❤️ Explains why tummy time shouldn't be something forced.. It's not beneficial if baby is not ready.

Hi! You can find my current online programs in the link below.
There are 4 guided videos to reduce spasticity inside the MiniMoves program (the basic movements if you are new to this method)
or there are many more videos inside the MindfullMovement Program (it’s a more comprehensive and complete program)
      You can find them here:

Hi Jen my baby arch on her back and crawl backward any tips to help her out

Hi! Great question, and it's really common.
Definitely check with your Doctor about acid reflux, or any medical issue that might be causing pain (that's a common cause of back-arching)
But here's some movements to try as well:
Is she able to roll over on her own yet?
I'd start with some of the movements in these videos:
3 beginner exercises to Roll Over:

and 3 min to Roll Over:

Hello Jen. I came across your channel very recently. My baby is diagnosed as HIE, would your videos help my baby?

Hi! Sorry for the late reply! Absolutely they can help. The movements are designed to create change in the brain, so it's great for almost any diagnosis. Just remember, to go slow and focus on connecting your baby to themself. You're giving your baby quality sensory info, that they simply might be missing (or was damaged due to injury). Brains can change with the right support!
