I’m slowly getting through your videos George and I have to say you provide some of the most honest and accurate views in majority of aspects you talk about. Very little I can fault regarding what you have said. This channel will get a lot bigger over the next 12 months. One tip, you say phone bill is 500 baht a month, if data is your main usage, You can get a monthly AIS 100gb data allowance paid upfront for 12 months for circa 1500 baht. Brilliant value.

No worries yes some people just prefer Thailand as a holiday destination and that’s great too👍

I agree with everything you've said, but I would probably still live there above Hua hin (due to superior food options, transport and activities generally), but not if I had children. That being said maybe I would pick Hua hin, but I haven't been back there since Dec 2019 (just before covid). I always loved Hua hin as the best overall mix and not too sleezy unlike Pattaya, but I felt the food options closed too early in Hua hin

I just wanted to ask are your reasons based on personal experience and if they are why did you choose to purchase your house where you have and not in the Chon Buri district?

Great video, very informative! Can you recommend a reputable visa agent in Pattaya?

We are thinking of retiring to Pattaya in a couple of years.. Maybe not all year round, how is the hot season there and how do you cope??

When you said Pattaya was the cheapest, how does it compare to Chiang Mai? Thank you

In my opinion Pattaya is cheaper if you look at central Chang Mai and central Pattaya as a whole and thing about all the things you need to spend money on as a expat in Thailand. Thanks for your comment 🇹🇭

I agree with Pattaya being very good value for money. I’m not a big fan of the area, it attracts a lot of idiots. I would think maybe Hua Hin would be as cheap or not?

There is no such thing as an ex alcoholic.
Either you are or you are not.
And you missed Bang Saray, it is great, just before you get to Sattahip.

I have just returned from Pattya, I think there are more Russians living there than actual Thais.
