Day 1: Cafe hopping to visit some of Fukuoka's best cafes and bakeries
Day 2: A day trip from Fukuoka to Dazaifu's sacred Shinto Shrines. Japanese street food, lush gardens and the Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine await. Plus, some delicious Fukuoka-style yakitori! #fukuokafood
Day 3: A long stroll through Hakata Old Town. Visiting the oldest temples in Fukuoka, buying souvenirs, going Japanese grocery shopping and trying the famous Fukuoka strawberries before flying out.

Enjoy seeing such beautifully shot videos ❤ it's been really surprising to see how popular film photography seems to be in the countries you've visited (being in my 50s I thought it had died out wirh digital cameras). Is there a particular reason or artistic preference for film?
Thanks, we really appreciate it ❤️🌸 the faded colors and slower process are just some of the beautiful things about film photography. I always say having film developed is like opening a gift. It really is, even if some pictures dont always turn out perfect 🥸🎞✌🏽

How do you find the nicest cafes and restaurants? You just google them? I'll be in Osaka in Nov and I'd hate to fall into the "konbini curse". LOL
Nice! We've been meaning to make it down to Osaka this year as well. We usually just search through Google Maps 😂 Try to filter based on the rating! You'll know a good looking spot when you see it 😉

Love your vlogs, but I don't feel great about creeping on monks. I don't know if I'm overreacting but it gives me vibes when people take photos of maiko without consent 😭
sorry if it seemed that way! he was following them to ask for a photo, but since they were too far ahead he didn't get to. no photo was taken without permission. we do our best to show respect. 🙏

I wonder do you ask people/staff for permission before you film them, or do you just whip out the camera and pray no one minds? :)
depends on the situation. if we're in public, like in a crowd on the street, we just film. if we're in a shop we ask the shop person if it's okay to film with our phone. If someone indicates they don't want to be filmed, we listen. 😊
