- Hello, everyone! It's been awhile since my last vlog. I had the opportunity to visit Japan for the first time as a solo traveler for two weeks last November. In this vlog series, I'll be taking you along on my adventures around Kyushu, the southern part of Japan. This vlog is part 1 of my Japan series. It's a bit late but please look forward to my next vlog.

What a great video. Really enjoyed watching this. I have got some great ideas and lots of food options to try too. Thankyou ❤😊
Glad you liked it :)
Nice video
I am from Fukuoka 👍
Thank you! I love your city!
I really love this video! So calming and serene. I resonate with all the places you picked. Thank you for sharing and I will use this as my reference for my visit to Fukuoka ❤🧡💛
Thank you so much! I'm glad I helped :)
I love that you give honest reviews!
Thank you! ❤
Thank you for posting! I just bought my ticket to Fukuoka for November this year, pretty much the same dates you're there! This really helps to finalize my itinerary... and looks like the food hunting is a must lol ❤❤
That's great! You'll love it there! Enjoy your time :)
Your vlog is so amazing and inspired❤
Thank you 😊
Your vlog is so amazing. You capture the beauty of Fukuoka so well. I'll visit to fukuoka on May this year. Thank you for amazing place recommendation. Please keep making travel vlog more ❤😊
You're welcome! Enjoy your visit in Fukuoka 🥰
❤❤❤❤❤ nice vlog 🎉
Thank you!
I can not believe how empty and peaceful that temple you visit was :O like compare to others like in the Kyoto region that are packed (but still lovely to visit) it's amazing that you can have the place all to yourself and take as much time and pictures/vid as you want without bothering others around you. Thank you for showing us a lovely scene.
I was pretty surprised myself. I arrived at the temple around 8am and stayed till 11:30am (at the garden). There's not much people around even by lunch time so I was really surprised. I guess it helped that the place is not accessible via public transportation. Btw, Thank you so much for watching my vlog! 🥰
Nice Vlog❤
Thank you for watching :)
Cute vlog : )
Thanks! :)
I’m planning to go to Fukuoka, I’ll try to visit some of the places here. Thank you for the lovely vlog. And may I ask what editing app/software do you use as I’m also planning to create videos for memories.
I use Final Cut Pro :)
I love what you are doing young lady! i will definitely copy and past what you have just done if you don't mind :).
i love your style 11/10!
Thank you so much!
Wow! This is a nice video! Just in time for my fukuoka trip next week. :)
You have very good low light(night) shot and footage. May I know what do you use for filming?
You'll love it there! I mainly use my Iphone 14 pro for filming 😀
Thank you for letting me know! Am looking forward to it 🤍
The temple looks amazing! How much was the taxi you took from the station? I'd love to visit as well!
I honestly can't remember but I think it's around 2000-2500 yen.
These are incredible! Could you share the nearest station to Daikozenji Temple?
Hi! You take the kagoshima line from Hakata Station to Kiyama Station :)
@@Rainyyvlogs Hello! i appreciate your response, thank you! If you don't mind, could you share your experience with finding a taxi back to Kiyama station? I checked the area on google maps and it appears to be quite remote. Did you use Uber or any booking app?
@@kkiki5741 I actually had a hard time looking for a taxi from there. I had to ask help from a local to call a taxi for me. They were helpful but I recommend you to download an app called GO or UBER. I wasn’t able to use it because I had to register using mobile number and I was using an esim so didn’t have my roaming turned on. So it would be best to create an account beforehand if you can.
Hi~ new subscriber here! Can you share your detailed itinerary? My mom(senior) and I will be travelling to fukuoka this october, and I find it a bit hard to plan it all out. Did you avail the JR kyushu? Is it fairly easy to hop on in a bus? this gives me anxiety hahaha, would rather walk than taking a bus than get lost, thoughts? I've been to osaka and tokyo but I guess the vlogs contents are fewer about fukuoka.... also where did you stay- aroung hakata? tenjin? thank you!!
Hi! Thank you for subscribing. I bought the 7 day JR Kyushu pass. JR passes are used for shinkansens / special trains. You can't use it for buses. Visit this site for more info: kyushurailpass.jrkyushu.co.jp/reserve/TopPage?4 If you're having trouble about it, you can buy passes when you arrive and ask questions from the staff. They are really helpful. I just visited Tokyo a few months ago and in my opinion, Fukuoka is a lot easier to navigate around. Since you've been to Osaka and Tokyo, I wouldn't worry about it. In Fukuoka, I stayed around Hakata area so that I'm near Hakata station for my 7 day JR pass. if you'll be doing a lot of day trips via Hakata station, then I suggest to stay near it. Btw, I can share with you my itinerary but it will take some time cause I have to write it down. I don't really write itineraries in detail cause I use google maps and just pin wherever I want to go. I hope this helps. 😉
It seem to me you have high expectations based on your ratings and side comments. I've never been to Japan but hopefully, I'll make it this year. Ngl, I see myself from your perspective of things. lol
Yes you're right! I had a lot of expectations especially towards the sweets and most of it didn't disappoint. Some were even better than expected. But honestly, it depends on your preference. Hope you'll enjoy your trip soon! :)
How do you like Fukuoka compared to other Japanese cities?❤
What I like about Fukuoka is how easy it is to navigate around the city. There’s also a lot of nature and cultural stuff. Moreover, the food scene is very competitive so most of the food I had was really good.
@@Rainyyvlogs i so agree. Travel time is easy peasy. Hindi gaya ng tokyo or osaka na 30mins minimum ang travel time
@@juliusdelacruz7549 Yeah I noticed it too. I'm currently researching transportation in Tokyo. Pupunta kasi ako this end of month. Based on google maps, travel time is approx 20 mins within Tokyo itself. I guess it depends where you are but that's how it is from our hotel. Mukhang complex din so ready na kami maligaw. What did you like about Tokyo though?
@@Rainyyvlogsnaku must plan out talaga. especially if may habol kayo na reservation. Before I love Tokyo (Mandarake, Shinjuku, Shibuya) but now it's Fukuoka palagi kasi chill ang train rides, more nature and less mga iconic must go locations, so less tourists.
@@juliusdelacruz7549 I might feel the same but I really want to visit Tokyo at least once. Maybe I will revisit if I like it. But still Fukuoka has a special place in my heart :)
